Apartment Secretum, is a hidden treasure. Recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen. Located in the serene Back Bay, Point Blanche, less than a 15 minute hike along the Guana Bay trail to the Natural Pool. A must see for the nature lovers.

The host was very welcoming. The place was well kept. The location is very close to the coast line. There is a path at the end of the block that leads to amazing views of the sea.

Situated at the end of the road and close to the shore, this place was the perfect quiet retreat. The 2 bedroom apartment was nicely decorated with all the comforts needed.

Nice place to stay.

Stay was pleasant. The property was exactly as on VRBO site. All the necessities were there. Easy to communicate with property manager. It was just a bit confusing to find the place but reach the property manager right away. Only advise for property manager, it would be nice to have some brochures and information for activities and best places to see for that region.

Wonderful host.

Unit was as described in listing. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until midnight. Nada had a basket of goodies waiting for us that was a life saver. She gave us a ride into town when no taxi was available. Would definitely stay with her again.

Tranquille

Ideal apartment for friends traveling together with two good sized bedrooms each with their own 3 piece ensuite. Pictures don’t do the place justice. Located at the end of a dead end road therefore quiet. Ocean view in one room and mountain view in the other. All the kitchen essentials. A few stairs getting up the porch and into the suite. Not wheelchair accessible. Located near Dock Maarten.

Nice and clean

This apartment has two comfortable queen beds and bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Kitchen has the essentials for making your own meals. Host is quickly responsive to messages. Is located in a quiet neighborhood and requires a drive to go out to the beach or for dinner or other activities. As noted by others GPS does not take you to the exact location so be sure to get full directions from the host.

Absolutely loved the stay. Hosts were very gracious. They even invited us to their christmas dinner. Road leading to it is pretty steep in places but its St Maarten for you. Google maps takes you to the right street but wrong place in the street though. We were lost for abit but the entire neighborhood stepped in to help us find the place. Very sweet gesture. Tip for future visitors. Drive all the way down on the street and the house is the last one on the street. If you dont mind a bit strenous hike or about 15 mins. A natural pool is walkable from this place. Must visit according to us.

Yes, it is a hidden gem

I did not rent a car and had some difficulty getting here with a taxi driver who was asking ME for turn-by-turn directions! Thank goodness for Google maps (even on airplane mode) and the kindness of strangers. I have found the bus and taxi system very difficult to use here. I would highly suggest taking the host’s advice and rent a car. That said, this place is gorgeous! It is like living in a luxury apartment. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, plenty of space to store your things, a chef’s stove, beautiful patio to enjoy, views of Saint Barth’s, and a friendly resident dog. It is also right where the coastal trail runs. The host even shared a delicious local dish and recipe with me. Great stay!
