Check in and check out were super easy and Melissa was super friendly! as well as access to the WiFi and internet worked really well. The kitchen had all appliances we really needed, but the pots, pans cookie sheets were in really bad shape, could use some new items, as well as an updated kitchen table an the starter kit of dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels was all messed up because the soap leaked all over them. Plenty of plates, cups, silverware which was great! The couch and chairs inside were super comfortable but definitely need a good cleaning (drapes in living room kept sun out but again very old . beds were super comfortable but comforters, pillows need a good clean or updated., dresser drawers didn’t close all the way or drawers would fall when opened. Lots of towels and showers were good. Not really sure what the cleaning people do,,, we had to clean all counters, stove ,sink, shake out blankets, before using. Loved the balcony and downstairs eating area!!! Right by the pool which was nice. but also really needs updating. Some new paint on the railing and table. Most of the tall outdoor chairs were wobbly and scary to sit in . Little grass area great for the dogs and plenty of parking for 2 regular size cars and a golf cart. Overall a good stay, again just needs lots of updating and a good deep cleaning. Make sure to bring::: dish soap, paper towels , toilet paper, dishwasher soap cause you can’t count on the “starter kit” they say you will have.
