This condo is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast a the Wharf in Orange Beach Alabama. This Beach Club condo is on the 17th floor of the Bristol Tower, which is one of the newer towers at The Beach Club, and is right beside The Clubhouse for your convenience! Breathtaking views of an endless coastline can be yours from this balcony! The living room and master bedroom adjoins the spacious furnished balcony which overlooks the sparkling Bristol pool and hot tub. The Beach Club is a luxury resort located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, far from the crowds, but offers a casual fine dining to burgers by the pool plus shopping and ice cream and coffee bars, golfing options are close by, plus the historic Fort Morgan and Mobile Bay Ferry.



The condo sleeps 6 in beds and 2 on the sleeper sofa. The bedding arrangement is: King in master, Queen in first guest room, 2 Twins in the second guest room, sofa sleeper. The beds are made with white linen and a set is provided for the sofa. Bath linen is provided along with a "one day" supply of toiletries and tissue paper. Please bring beach towels, make up removal wipes, toilet tissue and toiletries.



The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including an automatic dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. A stack washer/dryer is in the utility closet by the kitchen. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents.

The owner has added a Pack n Play and a Highchair!



If you book this condo, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower.





Unlimited parking for $40 per vehicle. No trailers or RVs allowed to pass through the gate. Parking passes are paid in advance but are given out at the security booth. Each driver should know the name of the condo and the day of departure.

We had a wonderful visit and will definitely book again! This vacation was so easy with so much to do on site. The teen boys all had a blast too with the beach activities -parasailing & banana boat. The fireworks on the beach were one of the best shows we have ever seen. Just a fantastic trip!

Great place to stay!

Condo was very clean and we had a great view overlooking the beach. Easy access to the restaurants, food trucks, and beach. Loved the ease of check in and check out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

I definitely recommend this condo. It was so clean and organized. It had everything we needed and more. The Beach Club is a wonderful resort with plenty places to eat and enjoy without ever having to leave.

Enjoyed our stay in Bristol 1707 for the most part although deck, furniture, clunky, and hard to work with.

Girls retreat

The process of renting and check in was very simple and easy. The agent was very proactive with information we needed which answered all of our questions. The condo complex is beautiful and well kept. The unit we rented was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely rent it again.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

We loved the roominess and decor of this condo! The decor was elegant, and the kitchen was fully stocked with more than we needed. We texted maintenance concerning a closet door, and they came and fixed it in a timely manner. We literally have no complaints about anything. Check in/out was super easy. ALL the beds were very comfy. We are already planning our trip for next June!!

Beach with family

We have stayed at the Bristal every year since they opened. This unit was decorated beautifully. We had trouble with the washing machine. It was repaired but we continued to have problems. The unit was not as clean as it should have been. Black or curtains are needed in the two guest bedrooms because they face the front of the building where there are bright lights. We will be there again next year but will not stay in this unit.

The Good: Nice beach and sand. Had a highchair and pack and play which made our load there smaller. The Ugly: Place was dirty. It’s time for a deep clean and an updated dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. Both didn’t clean! Comment for The Beach Club owner(s): Get rid of the outdated kiddy pools. They are in the corner by themselves. Felt like a cage. Pull them out and put a splash pad in. Gives a space to kids about year old and up another place to play that is still near the pool.

Great family vacation! Pam was easy to reach and the one maintenance issue with a toilet was corrected easily and hassle free on our part. This unit has a beautiful view, but one thing I always look forward to is sunrise and sunset and this unit you must be at the water to see either completely. You can see enough that it is still beautiful from the balcony, but the full view is obscured from the balcony. Not a deal breaker at all for this property, but I do wish I had read it somewhere ahead of time. Another thing that I did read about but I wish was more plainly stated was that tents were to be in designated areas only, but it doesn’t mention until on site that they are to be behind the white poles/markers on the beach; meaning there is no chance of a front row seat unless you bring a regular beach umbrella. The resort umbrellas take up 3-4 rows deep and span the entire length of the beach between the boardwalks. So to place your personal umbrella you must be outside of the boardwalk area on the far left or right or be behind the resort ones. Although it may change, the unit did have 2 beach umbrellas, a kid sized chair, and a few boogie boards available during our visit.We purchased the wristbands to allow us full access to the pools and other areas. They are only needed for ages 13 and up. The pools were great and the on site amenities are nice, but other than to access the pools and the bouncy house we personally didn’t find much value in the wristbands purchase.

Escape

We had a great time! The view is amazing! The boardwalk was so close and an easy walk to the beach.. While there is still construction going on due to last year’s hurricane, the noise was minimal and the construction workers were friendly and landscapers were planting lots of new plants. Didn’t want to leave.

The Beach Club Amenities: Guests enjoy complimentary access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at their tower, beach boardwalks, charcoal grilling areas, and the resort's restaurants, shops, sports bar, and salon/spa. Optional Clubhouse Guest Passes may be purchased directly from the Clubhouse desk for access to the heated indoor pool, Clubhouse outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, steam rooms, saunas, tennis courts, seasonal activities, and poolside dining. One Clubhouse pass covers all guests staying in the condo for the day. Current 1-day Clubhouse pass rates are approximately $48 for 1-bedroom units, $50 for 2-bedroom units, $52 for 3-bedroom units, and $54 for 4-bedroom units, $59 for 5-bedroom units. Rates and amenities are subject to change by The Beach Club.
