Newly renovated 3 bed 3 bath condo with amazing views of Gulf
Welcome to Paradise Corner. This spacious, newly renovated, Gulf side 3 bed 3 bath condo in a gated community is privately managed and offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The beach access is less than a three minute walk away. There is no crossing busy highways or streets to get to the beach. The heated pool has cascading waterfalls along with a kiddie pool and a separate large hot tub.
The master suite has a king bed with private access to the gulf-facing wrap around balcony complete with an on suite with double vanities, separate water closet, separate shower and a soaker tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an on suite three piece bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a connecting three piece bathroom. Also, there is a brand new sectional sleeper in the living room that folds out to a queen bed. There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. The fully-furnished kitchen features brand new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar with 4 barstools, dining room table with seating for 6, Keurig coffee maker and cookware/utensils.

The condo is located near the historic Fort Morgan, Tacky Jacks and Kiva Dunes Golf Course. The marina across the street offers charter fishing and dolphin cruises. There is parking available onsite with private gated access.

The comfortable living area is tastefully decorated, 70" flat screen TV w/cable, and fantastic views of the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Each of the 3 bedrooms features a flat screen TV with cable, and there is high-speed wireless access for your convenience.
