Beautiful House 2 blocks from beach with AC

Lovely Caribbean style home in the town of Manzanillo with 2 Wifi networks (one is 50 mbps of fiber optic) and air conditioning. Comfortable for a family or group of friends with 3 bedrooms (king, queen, and bunk beds) with a fully equipped kitchen. There is an oven for baking, blender for smoothies, full size freezer-refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of utensils, plates, and pots. This home has 2 televisions both with cable TV, one is a smart TV so you can log into Netflix. There is a spacious front porch with a gate (like a big play pen for kids) so you can sit and watch the howler monkeys, sloths, and toucans in the trees in front of the house. Then you can was 2 blocks to Manzanillo beach or 5 minutes to the National Refuge of Gandoca-Manzanillo. There is an amazing lookout point/Mirador too!

This house locally owned and operated by an original Manzanillo family. Dashi lives next door and is the owner's sister. She checks in the guests and cleans and speaks English and Spanish. There are artisanal fisherman who are members of the family and also offer dolphin tours to guests or fish/lobster for purchase.

There is parking in front of the house (off of the street) and it is in a safe and convenient location.
