Enjoy ocean views from the primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a separate Toto Neorest bidet-style toilet. Steps from the famous Bluff Trail, enjoy a short walk to Pebble Beach in one direction and to Smugglers Cove Beach in the other. You’ll be near the Sea Ranch Lodge, where you can grab coffee, smoothies, lunch, or enjoy a gourmet dinner. You'll have easy access to The Hot Spot, where you'll find picnic tables and barbecues on the Gualala River. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails to explore in the area, including along the coast, in the redwood forest, or in Gualala Point Regional Park. Downtown Gualala, where you'll find the Surf Market, charming Trinks Cafe, and other local favorites, is seven and a half miles north. Stop by Sea Ranch’s multiple recreational centers and enjoy swimming pools, saunas, tennis courts, basketball courts, and more. The 18-hole public Sea Ranch Golf Links are nearby as well.

**This property is not recommended for children under the age of 12 due to the proximity to the bluff. The bluff cliffs on the property are dangerous and guests are strongly cautioned to keep a safe distance from the cliffs.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
