We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Sands South! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people. It’s small, but very cozy and had everything we needed. I chose this condo because it had its own washer and dryer, which was definitely a big plus for us!Paul was very thoughtful in providing all the little extras that made our stay more convenient, including plenty of towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and hand soap. The new T-fal pans were also a nice touch and very much appreciated!Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! If I had to nitpick about anything, the bedroom ceiling was a little dusty, but that was a very minor issue. We really enjoyed our time at Holiday Sands South and would happily stay again! Thank you Paul!

The condo was very clean and supplied everything we needed for our stay- sheets, towels, beach towels, even coffee pods for the Keurig. The host checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Our kids loved the pools!

The condo was clean with a nice view of the ocean from the cute little balcony. The owner was very prompt in messaging and replying to any questions we may have had. The only suggestions we would have is to provide a vacuum to aide in any sand cleanup as well as updating some pots and pans as many were very worn and scratched. All in all, my family enjoyed our time! Thank you for a nice stay.

The condo was great. Very clean. The building is right on beach. You don't have to cross a road to get to beach. Parking was very easy and close to condo. Would stay here again. The host was great and easily available for help. Check in was quick and easy.

We loved EVERYTHING about our family/birthday beach getaway! What made our stay so special was that this condo covered all the big “C’s”—COZY, COMFORTABLE, CLEAN, CONVENIENT…and my personal favorite, COFFEE! Nothing beats waking up to a BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW, enjoying coffee on the BALCONY, and then taking a VERY QUICK WALK straight out to the BEACH! We’ve stayed at other oceanfront resorts where just getting to the beach took 5 minutes, so we really appreciated the easy access.Our host, Paul, was a TOP-TIER COMMUNICATOR and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well.Our kids LOVED the outdoor and indoor pools—especially the indoor LAZY RIVER! It was perfect for the evenings and rainy weather, while my husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.And the beds?! INSANELY COMFORTABLE! We didn’t even realize until our second night that they RECLINED. Such a cool feature, and we slept amazingly!We even got two unexpected treats—a street parade and fireworks—and were able to watch BOTH right from the comfort of our balcony. Our kids literally cried when it was time to leave! They also loved how many fun activities were nearby, especially the Dino Cafe and Sugar Life, which they lovingly renamed “Candy Land.” This condo offered so much and was a GREAT VALUE for our family getaway. We will ABSOLUTELY BE RETURNING sooner rather than later—the kids wouldn’t have it any other way, and neither would we!

Paul was AMAZING and Fast to answer questions and fix a small problem. It was a great stay for my kids and I. Only thing I would note is that this would be very tight for 6 adults, It was fine for myself and my 5 young kids (14 to 5) but I would not put 6 adults in the Condo, that would be too tight for me. But it is perfect for families!

Great weekend at the Beach

Place was really nice with new beds, TVs, and location for restaurants. Few steps to the beach and the indoor/outdoor pool with hot tubs is great to take advantage! We will stay again!

Great beach spot

The place was much larger than it looked in pictures. It was so close to the beach which made traveling with young children ideal. The swimming pools were nice too.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great week at this property. Paul the property manager checked in with us before and during our stay multiple times to ensure our stay was great. He answered all our questions and was very attentive and thoughtful. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Myrtle Beach.

The condo was beautiful, super clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! There were plenty of dishes and pans to use to cook. Paul was prompt and always happy to respond to any of my emails. Everyone was more than helpful. I enjoyed many afternoons sitting on the balcony reading it was so restful (and in the shade in the afternoon). I would highly recommend this getaway and can't wait to return another time.

Excellent Host & Property

Host was great, gave me all the info I needed before I got there, checked to see if everything was good, and let us know exactly what to do at checkout. Very nice condo, perfect ocean view, beds were awesome, and the TV’s are great! Clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen has everything you need. I definitely recommend this property.
