Well located to Pepperrell Cove, Kittery Foreside, Portsmouth New Hampshire, beaches and Kittery Outlet malls. Amenities include tv, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, washer and dryer, ironing board and private deck with grill and fire table. 2 parking spaces available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and modernized home.The owners provide a glimpse into the history of the area by sharing their family's history and family's art.This is a great place to relax and spend the day exploring the area.

Great place for 2 people or a couple. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and cooking items, although we didn't cook at all this visit. Very close to great restaurants and walks. Great location. Quiet except for morning rush hour.

Lovely Stay

Wonderful location with water views and easy walk to the sea. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen and bathroom modern, fresh and clean. Owners easy to communicate with and very friendly. Quiet and peaceful and close to everything!

We needed to stay in the area for an extended time and instead of a hotel decided to rent this cottage. We ended up having a vacation! The place is beautiful, perfectly renovated. Cozy and welcoming. The location in amazing, and the Creek was a treat! Sarah and Pete are amazing hosts. We‘ll be back !!

Loved it

My son and I loved staying here! The second we entered he declared, "Oh this is cozy!" The house was clean and comfortable and in a gorgeous area. The host was also very responsive.

Great location

We had a great stay. This property is ideally located near Portsmouth and in walking distance from Kittery restaurants. The scenery is just beautiful and this was a quick drive from Boston, our starting point.

Heavenly Brook

This lovely cottage sits only yards away from a salt water sluice and Brook. Sit in the charming living room and watch the kayaks and paddle boarders pass by. Or, enjoy your Al fresco dinner in the porch as you had at the FIREPIT and gorgeous yard. 10 minutes from Portsmouth and 30 minutes from Ogunquit. Heaven.

Romantic Hideaway

This quiet cottage was the perfect romantic retreat. Located close to the water and nearby walking trails, the location was both private and convenient. The furnishings and decor were lovely, and kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed to prep food and dine in. We’ll be back regularly!

Kittery Point Cottage

We loved our stay in the Kittery Point cottage. It was the perfect location to enjoy fall colors, visit with family, and run the Newmarket marathon. The cottage is lovely...well appointed, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and cozy. We hope to be back soon!

A Perfect Cottage Retreat

Fabulous stay!

A classmate and I stayed here to attend our 50th class reunion weekend and the property was absolutely perfect for us. After all the shenanigans of enjoying our fellow classmates, it was a home away from home that was much appreciated. The home is quiet and peaceful, which is just what was needed. I hope to return!

What a gem!

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean, the house is so charming and comfortable, the linens smell fresh, and the view of the creek is so beautiful. We had a wonderful time at Sarah's house. Beautiful furnishings and incredibly comfortable beds!! Loved walking to the little bridge to see the water flowing to and fro each day, on to Fort McClary for lovely vistas and unusual trails along the side. What a great spot!

Kittery cottage

Cottage is gorgeous and comfortable. There is traffic noise starting at 6-6:30 am but not too bad with ear plugs. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful setting and easy drive to Portsmouth
