Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.

Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.

The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.

After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

This is a really cute house! The kitchen and dining area was big enough to accommodate a full house and the hot tub was awesome! It was too cold to spend much time outdoors, but the backyard was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was easy to find. Located just a short drive from Main St. Great location!

In addition to the cuteness, cleanliness and very convenient location, the host was kind, responsive, and added several extra touches that really made this an excellent experience. The house was decorated for Christmas, it smelled amazing when we walked in the door and each bedroom had king size beds! Although we didn’t take full advantage, the backyard has a nice hot tub and outdoor seating area and they even had chilled glasses in the freezer. It was quiet and peaceful and we had an all-around wonderful stay.

Beautiful Vacation Home. 3 king-size bedrooms with a TV in each bedroom , which was rare for me. The kids let us stay in the master bedroom/bathroom suite and it was very comfortable. The home is very clean and immaculate, nice kitchen, beautiful back yard. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown.

We had a great stay at this property! There were 6 adults and we were all very comfortable with plenty of space. The house was very clean and had what we needed for a quick one night stay. Main Street was about a 3-5 min uber ride which was convenient and the host was very responsive! Would absolutely plan to stay again!

Communication was great! They let us check in early, the house was clean and SO cute! Hot tub was warm and clean as well. It was perfect for us to gather with our grown kids and their families.

Not only was the house clean and was perfectly furnished but was beautifully decorated for the fall! The owner (Krystle) communicated all pertinent information to us and even gave us suggestions for some of the other activities I had mentioned to her that we were doing. Would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful, welcoming home! Well maintained and very clean. Very close to Main St., so it was easy to get around town in just a matter of a few minutes.Krystle provided wonderful suggestions and was very easy to reach.The neighborhood was well kept, quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly.I also appreciated that fact that we decided to extend our stay by a day and it was not an issue. We plan on staying here the next tine we're in Fredericksburg!

The house was very comfortable. The hot tub was great. Towels available and tub clean. Our host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions. The beds were comfortable and the sheets really nice. Extra throws and blankets available. Just a very nice stay.

My Husband and I both grew up in Fredericksburg. We met in 2004 and were married in 2006. He has been a police officer with Fredericksburg since 2002. I own and operate a funnel cake and lemonade stand at most of the festivals in town. If you are in town during a festival make sure to stop by and say hi!! We have 3 amazing children together. This home is very special to us. It is the first home we purchased together. It was built in 1993. We bought it from my husbands Great Aunt. It has been in the family for decades. We brought 2 of our children home to this house after they were born and lived there until 2012. We have so many memories here we just couldn't let it go. We did long term rentals from 2012-2021. We decided to fix her up and turn her into a guest house. We are so excited to share our home with you.

Our guest house is located close enough to Main Street to walk yet far enough to have a nice relaxing vacation. There is a Food truck park just 2 blocks away. They have amazing gluten and vegan options, corn hole, fire pit, beer and wine and a great atmosphere. Just 3 blocks away is Sunset Grill and La Tequila both with full bars and great food. Lost Draw Cellars is also about 5 blocks away. This is a local owned winery with amazing wine and a great atmosphere. The local grocery store is across the street from Lost Draws Cellar. If you want to miss the high traffic wineries there are some great ones out Highway 16 South. These include Slate Mill Winery and Augsta Vin.
