This fully furnished first floor apartment offers one bed, one bath, a living area and full kitchen. This is an excellent location on a quiet street just minutes away from the area's best restaurants (MAS, The Local, Tavola, Belle, Conmole, Southern Crescent, Lampo, and Bar Tomas) and a 10 minute walk to Charlottesville's Downtown Mall. The large, landscaped yard on this oversized city lot makes the house feel extra private. Vegetable garden beds sprawl throughout the yard and are shared with the neighbors and local restaurants.
Access to this ground-floor suite is gained through the front door/ shared foyer of the house. There is a shared laundry room in the building for all guests.
This apartment is pet friendly for up to one dog with a $75/month pet fee, with prior approval from Guesthouses.
