This amazing beachside home is only 100 yards from the ocean! Just a short stroll and you are on the sand, no streets to cross.
The main floor living space is an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, a 75” TV, ample seating areas and French doors that open to a large screened in porch. The porch is complete with outdoor dining for six and deep comfortable seating around the porch’s TV. A Vaulted ceiling and an oversized fan will make this area a guest favorite. The screen porch also can accesses the grill porch and 13 steps down to the pool.
The kitchen features a Sub Zero refigerator, Thor (gas burning) stove / oven, a full size icemaker, double refrigeration drawers and a dishwasher. The kitchen island has 3 barstools and sits adjacent to the dining room table that seats 8 or can be extended to seat 10.
The home has a large pool (24’ x 10’) pool and an outdoor pavillon area under the house complete with a ping pong table, TV, pool bathroom and multiple areas to lounge poolside. The large laundry room is also located on this level.
Two bedrooms are located on the main level. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed, TV, and a full-sized bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, two trundle beds, and a full bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a powder room down this hall.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a king bed, TV, sitting area, walk in closet and a luxury bathroom with pebbled floors, walk in shower and double vanity. Across the hall, there a queen-sized bed, TV, walk in closet and a full-sized bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. Also located upstairs, is a landing with a desk and sofa / sitting area.
The area is located approximately one mile from Coligny Beach where there are multiple shops, restaurants, live music and night life. The home also has perfect access to the Sonesta Resort and spa where a massage is just a short walk down the beach. Bike trails also access the many sights to see around the neighborhood and Hilton Head.
