Ideally located In the eclectic 17th Arr, my home is situated not far from the most Top attractions and is been fully equipped to allow modern conveniences for a more comfortable stay.

The spacious living room features a comfy sofa, where you can relax, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a small table. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space.

You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, a microwave, and a coffee machine. It also includes a washing machine for your convenience.

There are 2 fully equipped bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious, warm, and well-ventilated. It has a double bed and a wardrobe to keep your belongings in. The second bedroom is cosy, warm, and blessed with natural sunlight seeping through the windows. It features twin beds and storage spaces for multiple uses. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

This is a great location to explore the city. The Arc de Triomphe, Parc Monceau, Lido de Paris, Musée Cernuschi, Musée Nissim de Camondo, Boutiques Publicisdrugstore, Cité de l'Économie, and Promenade Pereire are all nearby. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as UGC Normandie, Dragon Elysées, Le Paradis du Fruit, Casa Luca, Pierre Gagnaire, and Taillevent. cafes, such as La Maison, and takeaways, like La Marée, are also convenient options.

The Ternes and Courcelles stations are only a 5-minute walk away, and the Pont Cardinet station is only 1.3 km away. The Saint-Lazare and Gare du Nord stations are also nearby, at only 2 km and 4.4 km away, respectively.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
