Welcome to our inviting Brian Head studio, a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This studio features a Queen bed, a pull out couch and a basic kitchen for your culinary adventures. Take in the majestic mountain scenery from your window, and enjoy the high altitude experience at approximately 9600 feet. Create lasting memories in this scenic mountain haven.

The Space:
Discover our cozy studio at Copper Chase Condominiums, perfect for a family getaway in Brian Head. This non-smoking unit does not allow pets. Inside, you'll find a queen-size bed and a convenient pull-out sofa, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements. A pony wall adds a touch of privacy. The kitchen is equipped with basic necessities. A cooling fan is provided for your comfort. As a guest, you'll have access to the complex's impressive amenities: a pool, spa, gym, saunas, locker rooms, a lobby with WiFi, a common kitchen, and laundry facilities. Please note that this is a condo, not a hotel. Contact your property manager for any specific needs. The nightly rate excludes cleaning fees and taxes. Please note that pets are strictly prohibited. Brian Head's base elevation is around 9600 feet. Follow all pool regulations, including those concerning children and key fobs. Underground parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Nice apartment with a great view. Looks small but more than enough space for four people. Well-equipped kitchen, queen size bed with roll out sofa bed. The unit is located on the same level with the pool next to the lobby and very close to parking access. Walking distance to the ski lifts. Heated garage. Friendly costumer service. Nice place.

Great Value!

The up sides: a quiet, peaceful inexpensive place to stay while exploring this beautiful area. We went to the Shakespearian festival in Cedar City, Cascade Waterfalls near Duck Creek, Zions National Park, Cedar Breaks, and explored many beautiful side roads and backways. Overall, it was a great trip! The down sides: the carpets need to be cleaned as the room looks fresh but smells dusty. The kitchen has very little counter space for food prep. The bed was firmer than we like, and the hot tub and pool was not open the second time we tried to use it.

Needs more update.

Overall the location is fine, in fact the location is the best part of the property. The check in process was seemless. Once inside, I noticed that the place was not sufficiently cleaned. There was a lot of dust on the lower shelf of the coffee table, the pots and pans need to upgraded because the non-stick is peeling off. The Utensils and some of the pits and pans were not cleaned. There was a water leak and once informed of this issue, the management was prompt to address the issue.

Good liitle room

Room was in good condition everything worked and clean. Really better than I expected given my late date of booking. Winters management was awesome to deal with. One thing to be aware of though is the under unit parkimg is not reserved. There is some outdoor parking, but driving a diesel I was very much wanting the controlled under unit parking not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.
