Regardless of whether you use each day to ski, hike, or boat on the lake, the spacious living area will invite you to kick back and relax while a movie plays on the flatscreen TV and the fireplace warms the entire space. The culinary-inclined guests will fall in love with the well-equipped, full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and even a gas grill located out on the covered deck. Don't hesitate to really treat yourself to luxury with a soak in the jetted tub in the main bathroom!

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nicely appointed condo in a super location in Frisco

This condo has very nice furnishings and a very well appointed kitchen. The location is just a block off of Main St which is great. There are indoor parking slots for two cars and an elevator which makes getting to the 2nd floor easy. The King bedroom is great - huge en suite bath with separate shower and tub and lots of windows. The Queen bedroom is perfectly nice but has no window. The 3rd bedroom could conceivably accommodate six but it would be super crowded if all are adults; it may be OK for kids (3 single bunk beds, a double lower bunk and a trundle bed, all squeezed into the smallest bedroom in the condo); the bathroom is fine for 2 or 3 adults. There is no window for the bunkroom but there are fans which work well. There are two doors, so it doesn't feel "dead end". We had an easy time - great instructions from Vacasa, very prompt responses to our inquiries, even late at night. Quiet building, no problems with odors or noises or anything. Our stay was during high summer, so it did get a bit warm and there is no air conditioning. That said, there are plenty of fans and the evenings got cool enough that we were comfortable overnight. For two couples and a bunch of kids, or six adults - this is a great place.

Great property! Beware of huge FEES!

Property was fantastic. Great location and spacious! Had all the amenities. Beware Vacasa/VRBO fees are outrageous- over FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN FEES for 2 nights

Comfortable, good for a large group gathering

Two sets of grandparents, plus an aunt and uncle, came to Frisco for graduation..comfortable rooms for all. Loved having an elevator and proteced parking. When the grad and his family gathered with us after ceremonies, all fit in the main room. Disappointed to find oven was filthy and not usable, had to buy a store cake. Dirty laundry from a previous guest was piled on the washer. Well equipped and clean otherwise.

Frisco ski week

Fabulous condo and just a listed. Terrific amenities and awesome location. Well equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. Restaurants right around the block if you do not want to cook! Parking in the garage a huge plus. We look forward to staying again.

Awesome new condo

I’ve stayed in a lot of different ski condos and this one could be the nicest. I appreciate how well stocked the kitchen spices and coffee was. . The rooms were all comfortable. The condo is beautiful. Thank you for sharing it with my family!

Cigarette smoke smell ever present

Be warmed! This a 3 bedroom condo, however 2 of the bedrooms are internal with only exhaust fans in their corresponding bathrooms for ventilation. The bunk bed room had an ever present cigarette smoke smell that made the room unusable to us, even with the exhaust fan running in the bathroom, unless a fan was blowing in the room from the hallway. We suspect the smell was coming from the internal venting shaft that vents the other condos in the building as the smell was fresh smoke every day. We complained immediately and got a gosh we are sorry from the managing company. The main room, master bedroom and kitchen were great.

Family ski Christmas trip

We really enjoyed our our stay at this home. The home was very clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. The home is very spacious and in the perfect location. Only a few minutes to get to Breckenridge. We will definitely stay here again.

Grandma’s Visiting Granddaughters

Perfect home for traveling with our elderly mothers to visit their granddaughters. Spacious open home fully stocked to accommodate our needs. Loved having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Walking distance to shops and restaurants was very handy. Highly recommend the home if visiting the Town of Frisco.

Very nice Frisco condo.

The condo have every convenience we could have asked for. We were thankful for the box fans since there was no way to get air to the back bedrooms without them and even though the temp was in the 50's at night it was still very warm in the condo. The location was ideal as we could walk to the downtown area. Unfortunately there wasn't much of a view from this condo due to trees. But the trees were pretty. We loved the layout of the condo and for our group it worked well.

We loved our stay. Perfect location for hiking and everything on Main Street. Fully equipped with absolutely everything you need (especially in the kitchen). We opened the windows and ran the numerous provided fans to cool off in the evenings. Make sure you get pizza rolls at uptown on main. 5 stars

Perfect Spot

This condo was perfect for our winter family vacation. Being walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants is awesome. Being in a central location to multiple ski resorts is a plus as well. The condo was a great size and the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in.

Great layout and location

Enjoyed our stay in Frisco at this location. We’ve been staying in Frisco for years and this was the best condo yet. Layout was great, with small children the single floor layout was ideal. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace, it heat the room up quickly after returning from a day on the slopes. Condo was very clean and the unit had everything our family needed. Location was great as well. Very close to Main Street for a short walk to dinner. Also very close to many of the resorts and the Frisco Adventure Park. Highly enjoyed our time at this location and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Frisco

Mountain Retreat on 1st doesn't disappoint.

Mountain Retreat on 1st is in a fabulous location. Easy walking distance to the entire Frisco Main Street. Great access to area ski resorts. Mattresses are comfy. Kitchen is full stock with necessary equipment to cook. We have stayed in numerous rentals in Frisco, this is by far our favorite. We will definitely re-book!
