This condo will sleep 6.

Will it be sunbeams and champagne? Your wish is our command! True to its name, you’ll find a touch of the West Indies throughout this condo. In this end unit with its wrap around deck overlooking the island and the Gulf of Mexico, let the view of a dazzling midnight galaxy above the magnificent Gulf of Mexico carry you away each evening. Put your feet up in front of the big screen TV in the Living room. Choose between two new king size beds and a queen bed for your total comfort. The king beds were purchased new in June of 2022. Arrive knowing your expectations of a vacation, chocked full of memory making events, will be fulfilled to the limit! Don't forget to tour the historic Fort Morgan just a mile down the road. Tacky Jacks is just across the road for fresh seafood. Book a fishing charter or a sightseeing tour at the marina beside Tacky Jacks. Sassy Bass is just about five miles down the road. For the golf enthusiast, Kiva Dunes is a short drive away. Don’t forget to take a short elevator ride to the 8th floor of the Indies to see the sun rise. It’s a great way to start each vacation day. If you’re not an early riser the sunsets from the 8th floor are breathtaking at the end of a relaxing day on the beach. The views from the 8th floor anytime of the day is always beautiful.

One GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is included in the price quote. If you need a second one you can purchase it from the guard.
$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!

This 3 bedroom/3bathroom condition was ample space for my family of 5 however, it sleeps 6. This property offers a peaceful and low key family environment that is a short stroll to the beach. The beautiful on-site pool is kept clean and cool. My family vacationed in this community for 10 years while are kids were young and we made a nostalgic trip back now that they are adults. We all love it so much. We ate at Tacky Jacks across the street and watched the sunset, shopped at Sassy Bass grocery, played Pirate Island Mini Golf in Gulf Shores, had dinner at Acme Oyster House, hung out at The Wharf in Orange Beach, got groceries at Rouses market and took the ferry on our way home, just to name a few things we enjoy. The Sunset Properties staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out we’re simple and easy. They text and email all information needed. We recommend a stay for others and will stay again ourselves.

Very comfortable beds, well equipped. Very spacious, accommodating, and beautiful views. The pool was extremely nice, and the beach was only a short distance to walk. The only thing we were disappointed by was the observation deck on the roof was no accessible. There was also a lot of construction going on at the site.

Fun in the Sun

This property was almost as amazing as it looks. The condo was pretty clean with just a few dust bunnies here and there. The master sink was broken but repaired during our stay. The internet also did not work well, but a technician came and fixed it. The ice maker did not work, but a bag of ice was promptly brought up. So kudos to the property management people!!! They really took care of us. The pool was fun to get in after the beach each day and was a nice place to visit with other guests. We really enjoyed that. We did not have any pool bracelets provided in the condo, but no one seemed to care. The securtiy guy was very helpful and friendly. He told us all the new codes because what we were provided did not work. The beach was great and we loved that this spot is more quiet and relaxing than most beaches. The sunsets were gorgeous from this property!! Perfect for a romantic getaway. We will most likely be back to this area again.

Great stay!

Highly recommend this condo for your Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan stay. Very close to the ferry to Dauphine Island. Great views with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other side all viewable from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Everything was clean and required no extra work on our part.
