AMAZING VIEWS - Wonderful Sunsets - 6-Seater Golf Cart!

Wonderful Northshore Townhouse on the BAY. Watch the Sunsets views every evening from the outside upstairs deck or from the comfort of the inside sitting area! This Townhome is perfect for couples retreat, golf and tennis trips and families with older children.

Remote workplace : if you need to work a few hours, set up desk area with computer screen, high speed internet, fax, copier and printer.

We do not rent to chaperoned high school or college groups!

This townhouse is managed by the owners. You will be speaking and booking directly with the owners. You will be able to ask questions and call us when you need assistance during your stay.

6 seater golf cart available with completion of additional paperwork and documentation (copies of DL and insurance )

You will be provided with some of the most desirable amenities while you are here:

- Access to TWO heated SOA pools: One located on Audubon Drive and the newly constructed Phil Hummel Aquatics Center centrally located at the Baytowne Avenue Traffic Circle.

- Beach chairs and umbrella (located in the storage closet)

- Outside games ( Corn Hole, paddle ball for beach)

- Two bikes to ride around resort. Additional bikes available for rent near townhome or contact one of the local companies who deliver and pick up bike rentals.

- No check-in necessary: keyless entry (Check in at 4pm, Check out at 10am)

* NO SMOKING/NO PETS

* Renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Peaceful and quiet area of Sandestin. We had a last minute trip and the townhouse was perfect for my husband and I and adult children.

Great vacation

We loved the vacation and a lot has to do with the property. Everything was excellent in the property. Golf cart was a huge hit for the family to drive around the resort, to the beech and the pools. Hosts were excellent too - were planned, responsive and hassle-free.

I have stayed at the sea and Destin resort for over 10 years and this townhome has one of the best views I have found the bay is your backyard and it’s nothing but spectacular. The home was super clean very modern and a well equipped kitchen owners are super responsive. We had a great time. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful

We were here for a family vacation in July. The house is beautiful and has everything you will need. The location is great - golf cart ride away from the beach, restaurants and shops. The view is beautiful - sitting and watching the sunset (or thunderstorms across the bay) was one of the highlights of the trip. Communication with the host was great. trip.

Relaxation with a view

What a beautiful location within Bayside Sandestin. The view of the bay was so dreamy. We were bummed that the temps were a bit chilly so we were not able to take the kayak on the bay. The location is in a "not congested" area of Sandestin and it was lovely. We especially enjoyed walking the property. Patricia was very responsive to our questions and check in/out were seamless.We will stay here again!

Home away from home

This home is beautiful. Owners were great to work with and quick to respond. The golf cart was a plus for getting around the resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!!

We had the best week in this condo! It was super clean, well stocked (fyi there is no hair dryer or iron, so bring if you need), well appointed with comfortable and inviting decor, the storage closet contained several items to make beach life easier, and the view of the bay was magnificent! Patricia was super responsive and very easy to communicate with. 5 stars, and we will most definitely be back!!

Beautiful townhouse with the best view of the bay!

Comfortable beds, well decorated and well stocked kitchen and laundry room. Very nice chairs and sofa in the den for relaxing. The grassy area outside by the bay was very private and quiet. The owner was delightful to communicate with. The sunset view is amazing!

Bay-by, what a view.

This attached condo home sits right on the bay so the living room gives you a 180 degree view of the bay The unit is two stories with one bedroom down and two up. Beautiful unit and immaculately decorated. Most importantly, the unit was very clean. All the comforts of home are available. They also have beach stuff like chairs that are nice not to have to bring or buy. There were a couple small things that needed addressed and Patricia was very helpful and quick to respond. We have been to Sandestin many times and this was one of the nicer properties we have stayed in. Would stay here again.

Fabulous 4th weekend

Fantastic Faver stay

The Faver property was in great location and accommodating for our family. The resort had lots of amenities, conveniently located near the beach and shopping. It had a very homey feel and we had a great stay.

Our family has been coming to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for over 25 years. We previously owned two rental units in Harbour Point and recently sold to purchase this beautiful townhome in Northshore. There are so many amenities within the resort that we very seldom leave during our stay. We currently live in Mississippi and hope to retire in Sandestin full time.
