Location: Minutes from Brickell, Downtown, Jackson Memorial, Wynwood, and Bayside Market.
Amenities: WiFi, TV with Netflix, a full kitchen, a full-size bed, and a sofa bed.
Access: This apartment is on the second floor, accessible only via stairs.
Parking:
The building does not have private parking for all guests. However, there are 4 parking spaces available in the neighboring building, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that these spots cannot be reserved. Street parking is always an option but remains the guest's responsibility. We are not liable for towing or any parking-related issues.
Extras:
At the rear of the building, there is a communal washer and dryer that we do not manage, but they may be convenient for guests.
