Relax and Enjoy Your Stay!!!

NO Smoking Indoors - you have access to a private deck as well as a front porch. Please dispose of butts responsibly.

Noise - Please keep noise levels down to prevent from disturbing neighbors or guests in the other unit. Help keep this home available for your next trip back!

Pets - Pets are welcome in our home, but please clean up after them and notify us if there are any accidental issues. We have a One-Time, $89 pet fee per pet.

Feel free to use any linens, towels, or supplies we have provided. Refer to the “Supply Location” page for the whereabouts of these items

TV Operating Instructions

Both televisions operate with the single, Roku remote
Power button turns on television
Home (House) button takes you to your options for Applications
Choose the Application you like and hit the “OK” button

Available PAID Applications:
YouTube TV - provides local channels, cable channels, live sports and events - cable alternative
From the “Home” menu on the television, navigate over to the right side and scroll down to the YouTube TV application.
Hit Enter
From inside the App, you can search, surf channels, or use the other menu features to find what you like
Netflix
From the “Home” menu on the television, navigate over to the right side and scroll to the Netflix application

Choose the “Guest” account profile

Supply Location

Towels - Towel rack is located in the bathroom, additional towels are located under the coffee machine across from the bathroom.

Extra Linens - Located in the cabinet under the coffee machine

First-Aid Kit - In the drawer next to the refrigerator on the right hand side

Fire-Extinguisher - Under the Kitchen Sink

Cleaning Supplies - Under the Kitchen Sink

Broom - In the laundry room attached to the kitchen

Light Bulbs / Batteries - in the drawer next to the refrigerator on the right hand side

Cooking Supplies - you have access to all of the supplies needed to create a home-cooked meal. Pots and Pans are located in the lower cabinets, while utensils are located in both drawers. Silverware and dinnerware are available as well.
Departure Checklist

Checkout Time: 11am


Please take any trash to dumpster located directly behind the parking pad in back

Please remove any food from the refrigerator

Upon departure, please press the “YALE” button on the keypad on the front door and check to make sure the door has locked

Please place any used towels in the washing machine located next to the kitchen
