This large home is great for hosting large families and groups (sleeps 16 - 2 Kings, 3 queens, 1 full, 4 twins, plus crib and pack n play available). Located blocks from Tower Grove Park and the Missouri Botanical Garden, close to restaurants and shops, and located just 10 minutes from downtown St. Louis, and other St. Louis attractions like Forest Park, St. Louis Zoo, etc.

Great location in a great neighborhood. The amount of bedrooms were great. Huge dining table was a highlight as well. Melissa (host) was very responsive on an issue we had to make sure the trip was still relaxing!

Great house for families. Pack n play, toys, crib, high chair, and kids dishes all there! Loved our stay. The AC had a moment and within minutes of contacting the owner, she had an HVAC guy on the way. Super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unique home in the Shaw neighborhood! The house has tons of character and worked out well for our large group. The listing was a little confusing when it came to the bedroom setup based on the photos, but once we arrived, we were able to make the space work well for everyone.We did run into a few maintenance issues during our stay, but the host was very responsive and took care of the immediate concerns promptly. There are still a few areas of the home that could use some maintenance and attention, but nothing that kept us from having a great stay.We happened to visit during a pretty intense heat wave, and a few of the rooms without individual air-conditioning units got quite warm. Overall, though, we had a great experience and really enjoyed the house, the neighborhood, and having plenty of space for our group!

Quick family getaway

The size was great for our group of 15. The house was aged but really neat. There were many things that could have been better: grass hadn’t been mowed in a while (we had kids there that couldn’t play outside), a grill was listed but looked very old and dirty, couldn’t use it and propane empty. Overall it was an okay place to stay, seemed very overpriced for the area and experience.

Amazing

This is an amazing property. The house is absolutely beautiful. We had a large group of 16 and it was perfect! The children got the largest room, they thought they were on top of the world. 😄 The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen of all the rentals we’ve stayed in. The house was clean, well kept and organized. The deck with outdoor furniture was a definite plus, we sat out there quite a lot. Communication with Melissa was quick and easy. Thank you, Melissa and Pete for sharing your amazing house with us. We all had a great time. .
