Fully furnished, 4 beds (2 queen + 2 full) and full kitchen. Dish satellite and Roku TV (Netflix included)! Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware and cooking items, toaster, coffee maker. Great setup to hang out and relax with friends! Lake makes it feel like you’re not in Vegas but a cute Italian village. Pool was clean and perfect for cooling off in hot sun. Beds are super comfortable. Perfect location, beautiful property.

Family vacation

About 30 min from the strip. It was quiet and had a nice pool. The restaurants in the community were a bit pricey. Enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for families

Spent the weekend in lake Las Vegas to attend a football game at allegiant stadium. This condo was in a perfect location, you feel like you are in a resort. Fun restaurants, great activities on the lake and the condo was perfect. Condo was very clean, furnishings were nice and updated, check in and check out were easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation condo

We are a family of five and really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was very clean and plenty of space for the five of us to rest and relax before and after sight-seeing. We liked that the 2 bedrooms and living room area had TVs. The underground parking was great for our rental car so that it stayed cool. The neighborhood restaurants for breakfast and dinner were really nice and had very tasty food.

Great

This was a grest place to book!! It wasnt auper expensive and it had a great view to me. The condo was very clean, and the check-in process was easy. The owner was very responsive every time i reached out even prior to my stay! Would definitely recommend!

Property was a good location, pretty surroundings, room was a little dated, poor lighting in bedrooms, beds were very firm if you like a hard bed. I would probably stay again, but wasn’t thrilled by any means. Price was good considering it had 4 queen beds & separate TV kitchen area.

This property is wonderful and family friendly. The area and surroundings are beautiful. We felt safe the whole time. Our host Cristian was great and easy to communicate with. We recommend this place to other families or a small group that are looking to stay away from the Las Vegas strip and experience surroundings that are serene and peaceful. Just to note: there is no laundry in the unit available for the guests to use, but there is a laundry room on the property that can be used for a fee. Overall, we had a positive experience and would love to stay again.

Super Bowl getaway

Had a great time visiting family in the area for Super Bowl weekend. The condo was as advertised. Location was great being able to walk down to the village that is nestled around the condo that included shops, restaurants and a place to grab a drink. Owners were very responsive and provided us a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great Family Stay

Clean property in a lovely area. We were looking for a place to fit our family of 6, and this listing delivered. We used it as a home base while visiting family and exploring Las Vegas. Close to beautiful Lake Mead for a quiet alternative to other Vegas attractions. Owner was quick to respond to questions.

Great Place to Stay!

My family of four (myself, husband, 17 y/o son, and 13 y/o daughter) stayed here for a few days. The property was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. The property is close to the strip if you want to visit yet far enough away that you can simply relax at this beautiful property. Cristian was extremely easy to contact and very quick with a response. He was very accommodating. We enjoyed meals at the Italian and the Asian restaurants. Both were very good with wonderful staff. If you are looking for a beautiful property, that will easily accommodate six or more people, look no further! Megan

Great location

We had a great time with family hiking around Lake Mead and Red Rock Canyon. Everything you need is within walking distance from the condo, including a small grocery store and a variety of good restaurants and live music.
