With direct ski-in and ski-out access, this first-floor 1-bedroom condominium is the perfect mountain retreat for the avid skier or snowboarder. Featuring a queen bed, queen pull-out sofa, full kitchen & wood-burning fireplace, we welcome you to your own personal and cozy mountain retreat. After a busy day on the mountain, unwind in our on-site, two-tier hot tubs. Perfect for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.

Laurelwood 401 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, and ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails, and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin-operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Great cozy condo

My wife and I took a weekend vacation to Aspen and really enjoyed this condo. The wood burning fire place was awesome and the amenities and location could not be beat. Would 100% stay here again.

Great location - very convenient ski-in/ski-out

Great location - very convenient ski-in/ski-out A bit small but adequate. Some maintenance is needed. Does not have a view but the convenience of being on the mountain can't be beat.

Weekend Trip

Stayed at the property with friends for a wedding in Aspen/Snowass. Condo was clean and well maintained and in a great location close to the bus stop. The bus stop for the Aspen route is a 5 minute walk from the condo and was a great perk. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Stay!

Check in was super easy, housekeeping came during our weekend stay and required minimal effort from us to check out. Parking is a bit pricy by right across the street from the VRBO. Hot tubs are great and you are steps from the slopes! Unit could use some staple spices, tin foil and pot holders/oven mits for basic cooking. We will absolutely stay again!

Perfect Spot

We had a great time and was a great experience from check in to check out. We traveled with our kids, 4 and 6. The ease of ski in and out was perfect! Walkable to everything, even for them. The space was perfect and clean. Thank you for another great family memory.

Snowmass condo at Laurelwood

Great location to slopes and Snowmass mall. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes. The unit was clean however needs new carpet and upholstery on sofa and loveseat. The sofa bed was comfortable.

Thanksgiving ski weekend

We were so happy with this rental property. The check-in process was seamless and the individual working the desk at the office was extremely friendly and helpful even though we arrived a few minutes after it closed. The condo was extremely cleaned and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked. The ski run down to the base is steps from the back door. Would definitely book again.

In our unit description, we do include the following statement: Disclaimer: Laurelwood's neighboring property, Timberline Condominiums, is under construction through the 2024 summer season. This may cause noise disturbances during daylight hours, Monday through Friday. We also make sure to include this information in our pre-arrival letter. We understand that construction noise can be frustrating, and we're sorry it impacted your visit. Regarding the apartment, we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback about the lighting and size is valuable. perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the convenience of walking out onto the slope in the morning and also the short walk to restaurants/shops in Snowmass Village. The hot tubs were well maintained and very relaxing after skiing. Eliza was awesome at communicating info on check-in etc. The airport shuttle vouchers were an awesome bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. The unit was very clean and comfortable but the carpeting and some of the furniture could use some maintenance i.e. many of the drawers didn't open/close smoothly and the bottom drawer of the oven was also off track. There was housekeeping every other day which also was a bonus that I don't usually see in VRBO rentals. Office staff was also friendly and helpful.
