Escape to this inviting home tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a family-friendly neighborhood, surrounded by mature trees and natural beauty. Conveniently located with quick access to I-71, the property offers a central location near Madeira, Indian Hill, Blue Ash, Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park. Enjoy the best of Cincinnati just 10–15 minutes away, including the Reds and Bengals Stadiums, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, University of Cincinnati, and Xavier University.

Popular attractions such as the Cincinnati Zoo, Newport Aquarium, Kings Island, Great American Ballpark, Paycor Stadium, the Cincinnati Museum Center, and the Cincinnati Art Museum are all within a 15-minute drive. The renowned Ark Encounter is just a 60-minute drive from the property.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed. A rollout crib is available in the master bedroom closet. The fully finished basement includes a plush king-sized pullout couch and a Roku-enabled TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring. A gaming table is available for family game night.

The home’s charming front porch is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon tea, or evening cocktails. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, and an infant booster seat is provided for your convenience. In the living room, enjoy a Samsung 55” Smart TV and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note: This home, built in 1930, does not have a bathroom on the main floor. Bathrooms are located on the second floor and in the finished basement.

Parking includes a single-lane driveway that fits up to three vehicles, with additional street parking available.

It’s the perfect location for Cincy Open fans. A quick jump onto I71 North and you’re there. Plenty of dining options close by. A nice quiet neighborhood. Deer in the back yard one morning. Amenities were fine. Plenty of space for 4 adult males. Will visit again next Cincy Open.

The property was very quiet and relaxing. The home was nicely appointed with all the things we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for our family as we enjoyed catching a Reds game downtown and a wedding at French Park.

Beautiful neighborhood.

Beautiful old stylish colonial. Wish 2nd floor was cooler but the AC ran constantly at 67 degrees and didn't fully cool the house. But, it was very warm and humid which. was expected in Cincinnati in July.

Great home with plenty of space

Stayed here with my family for five days. Plenty of room for my three kids and dad who stayed in the basement where he had his own bathroom. Good location with grocery stores and mall within five minutes. Visited kings island and other local family. Only suggestion is to have trash bags, coffee, creamer and maybe a few water bottles stocked for guests who arrive late at night. Also the upstairs shower takes a long time to drain. Plenty of towels though and washer/dryer was nice to have during our stay.

Family Hub for Graduation Celebration

The house was in a great location to be a hub for family coming from out of town to celebrate a University of Cincinnati graduation. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of space for visiting and super comfortable beds and bedding.

This was the perfect location for our stay. Host was accommodating and responsive. As others have noted there are 2 full baths-one on the second floor and one in the basement. There is no bathroom on the main floor. Definitely not a deal breaker just be aware.

Super location, convenient and in a quiet cul-de-sac. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. Good master bed/mattress, Everything in the house works but only just... House, content and house's infrastructure is very dated and in need of a major upgrade, which was our only disappointment.

Family reunion

It was a lovely home in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The owners had everything we could have wanted to make it easy to stay there. Even provided our coffee creamers along with the coffee and waffle mix with a Belgian waffle maker. Don’t let me forget to mention everything to make s’mores at the outdoor fire pit. You won’t want to miss this place !!

Comfy family house

Great place for family to gather for the holiday weekend. We used the space for primarily housing (the festivities were hosted by our daughter who lives nearby) but a few of the adult children did hang out together late evenings after their children were put to bed. Great communication by the host, would highly recommend for family groups to consider. The singular "down" side - no first floor bathroom (1-2nd fl, 1-finished basement) but otherwise everything was great.

Weekend Getaway

Great location, great house. It was myself, my daughter and a friend, along with another mom and daughter. The 3 bedrooms and basement were perfect for a group.We planned a trip to the zoo as well as Kings Island. The property was centrally located to allow for both easily. Host communicated well and was friendly. Will definitely stay again when visiting the Cincinnati area.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood

Loved the area. Owner was responsive and helpful. House was very clean and stocked. Did not care for the "shabby-chic" motif as it was a little more one than the other and the "noise" of an old house made it difficult to sleep. The last part will be personal prefernce of course. Most important - owner was awesome and house was clean and suited 95% of our needs.

Family trip to Ark Encounter

This lovely home has character! The integrity of its history has been maintained but it has all the modern conveniences needed. The firepit & s’mores kit was a huge hit with the kids. The breakfast nook made for some sweet family meals. The basement bedroom/bathroom offered privacy while still allowing everyone to enjoy family time. The neighborhood was safe & we were able to walk to dinner one night. A beautiful mall is also within reasonable walking distance. I didn’t make it to Trader Joe’s - maybe next time!

Will Book Again!

We really enjoyed renting this house. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The upstairs does get warm in the summer but the basement was very cool. The bed in the basement was quite comfortable for being a pull out couch. We will definitely consider booking here again in the future!

Great property

We very much enjoyed the stay at this property ! It was extremely clean , roomy, and charming. The three bedrooms plus the very comfortable king sized pullout couch in the basement made this the perfect stay for our family. The owner is highly responsive and great to work with. We already booked our next stay!
