Bathroom 2 - Ensuite bath, glass door, rain shower head, and separate handheld shower.
Bathroom 3 - Ensuite bath with bathtub and shower.

Living Room – Bright and open with plush seating, a flat-screen TV, elegant historic accents.

Kitchen – Fully stocked, combination Keurig pod / drip coffee maker, all the small gadgets.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The grounds feature outdoor garden areas with fountains, dining areas, fire pits and covered barbecues. In the evenings, this oasis sparkles with outdoor lighting, making it the perfect place for nightcaps after a day of exploring.

-Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
-Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
-Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
-Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
-Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
