OVERVIEW: Welcome to Rehoboth Airy Firepit Condo, a pet-friendly and completely renovated cottage in Rehoboth Beach. Professionally furnished, bright, and airy, this three-bedroom, one-bathroom beach condo is fully self-contained with a private entrance and amenities. If you need more room for family gatherings, this cottage can be rented along with four other condos and a tiny house in the same community, accommodating up to 33 guests. It's the perfect setup for a family reunion without breaking the bank! This bright, airy condo features a full-service kitchen, high-end furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Sleeping seven comfortably, the home offers two king bedrooms and a third bedroom with a queen and a twin bed. Linens are supplied.
LOCATION: Situated on the Bayside, you're less than 2 miles from beautiful Rehoboth Beach and the Boardwalk! The tax-free Tanger Outlets are also within 2 miles, and plenty of 5-star dining options are within walking or biking distance. Bring your bikes and enjoy the nearby bike trails and state parks. You do not have to cross Rt. 1 (Coastal Highway) to reach Rehoboth Avenue—simply walk down Roosevelt St. onto State Rd. It's an easy walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and off-street parking. Check-in is easy with an electronic keypad system. Shared community amenities include a fire pit, gas grill, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a putting green with balls and adjustable clubs available for guest enjoyment.
THINGS TO KNOW: Some amenities are shared; please be courteous to your neighbors. Two dogs are permitted, and each dog is subject to a pet fee. Damage Waiver Information
Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout.
This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer. Beach Break in Rehoboth

This condo was very nice. Updated amenities and obviously well maintained. Sofa needs to be replaced. It was well worn and could use at least new cushions. Overall, the only things missing that might have been nice, are garbage disposal and hairdryer. Location was convenient to Rt 1 and major attractions , however only downside is you basically have to drive everywhere. All in all, I was pleased with these accommodations.

Great weekend beach spot for a family or friends

Perfect spot for a weekend in Rehoboth, quiet neighborhood along the canal, minutes away from the bustle of Rehoboth Avenue and the boardwalk. Plenty of room for parents and teenagers to have their own space.

Great location, very clean place

The property was super clean. It was in a great location, maybe 5 minutes to the beach by car. Can also walk to the beach and strip in about 30 minutes. Check in/check out process was easy. Had all the amenities you need.

Good stay, slightly awkward location, close-ish to the beach

Arrived at the house on Saturday afternoon, parking wasn't an issue and inside was nice and clean. No linens includes towels, glad that I packed a bunch of extras. Basic needs met at the house for us, though if you bring a toddler be mindful of the doors. I'd recommend for the rental company to include a spare key to the inside doors, or families bring a small flathead screwdriver set just in case. My toddler only tried to shut the door locked once and we tried to instill the fear of god in him so he wouldn't do it again. We were on the second floor and I was thankful that there was nobody underneath us during the stay. Getting around town isn't an issue (maybe 5 min drive to the main downtown area), but it's not really a walkable distance to the beach. It's probably about a 10-15 min walk, and a portion of it doesn't have any sidewalk space for you to walk on. Biking would probably be fine to get around. The only awkward part of the location is that it's across from the cities technical services facility. It's not really a concern if you're not really at the condo much, but they begin work at 7am and end at 3pm. No actual complaint from their work or anything like that - it's just a moment to adjust to. For the price and the location, I'd definitely recommend it for those not needing to be walking distance to the beach, but still close enough to everything that they can enjoy the town.

Smaller than expected

The photos give you the impression of a larger space. We had 3 adults and 2 children and a dog and it was not enough space to relax comfortably, or escape from other family. The dishwasher was not properly installed and nearly comes out of the counter when opening the door. Would be ok for a short stay.

Located tucked away off the main highway; and very close to the boardwalk. My family and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere; and next time will definitely stop to unwind at the fire pit!

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely experience at this property. It was very clean, the check in process was easy, beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room! Excellent location, only a 4 minute drive to the beach. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great Weekend Get Away

Property fit all 6 of us comfortably. Quick Uber or bike ride to Rehoboth or Dewey. Grill and outdoor fireplace were great. Only downfall is you cannot walk to the beach but the listing makes that known. As long as you are ok with that (which we were) the property was perfect.

The space fit our needs perfectly. It is in a good location if you don’t mind having to drive beach

Overall great experience. The location was a little interesting being so close to the water tower and town facilities/maintenance center. But the yard was nice and the fire pit. It would be nice if there was more usable wood. If you had bikes, it is perfect to bike to the beach and the boardwalk if that’s what you like. We went to Tower beach and loved it there! Not nearly as crowded.
