This friendly condo is ready to host your stay in Destin. Come in and relax in the central air conditioning, or enjoy a beverage out on the private furnished balcony. The family-friendly space includes a private washer/dryer for your convenience and an extra-long couch for relaxing in the living room. The full kitchen includes full-size appliances (including a swanky French door refrigerator) and a breakfast bar that seats two guests for an easy meal. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, and the main bedroom has a private entrance to the balcony. In addition to everything at this condo, guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and shared charcoal grill during their stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Team stay

Most of our baseball team & their families stayed in the St. Martin Beachwalk Villas. It was very nice to be close & be able to get together & hang out by the pool/deck area.

Absolutely disgusting

This place had mold on the bed sheets, water leaking from the ceiling, shower caddy was rusty and fell apart, screen door to the balcony didn't fit properly so the wind kept blowing it off and slamming against the building, toaster didn't work I could go on forever not recommended for a homeless person to even stay in

We loved the place we didn’t want to leave very peacefully and relaxing only thing is that the pool was small so it was never a time where the pool was not accompanied with lots of people and we would have loved to have gotten into the jacuzzi but sadly there wasn’t one but overall we really loved it

Beautiful location

Really enjoyed the location of the rental, it is walking distance to a Dunkin’ Donuts, the beach and other restaurants (I especially enjoyed the pancakery). My only concern was that there was not enough toilet paper, trash bags or paper towels for 5 guests while the location is promoted for up to 8.

Would definitely recommend and will be coming back. Everything was just as advertised. Super easy process. My only regret is we didn’t get to stay longer.

Good location, good value

We were lucky to grab this last minute, just a short walk. 3 bedroom was good with plenty of room for the kids. Would be great if basic amenities like salt, pepper and coffee filters were included. But at least now you know.also wish check out was later than 10 am ( no late check out available period now ) Would stay again though. Beach is pretty and I’m a beach snob 😊

Very peaceful

This property was very peaceful & relaxing. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Pool area was great for hanging out with friends staying in neighboring condos.

This was my family’s first time visiting destin and we were looking for a home away from home feel, this place was definitely what we needed. We loved the beach aesthetic and the appliances were very convenient as well as the three restrooms. The beach is just a walk away and many things to do and restaurants around the area. Quiet and private for the most part. Would book again in the future (:

What a great 3 night stay!!!

This home was all of the above. It was exactly as shown! It was located in a great area close to all attractions. Big Khauna water park was right across the street in which we walked to it as well as the beach...The home was well suited with all necessities needed. The home was very comfy!! If my family and I decides to come back, we will most definitely choose this home again...
