Come relax at our newly renovated 2Bed/2Bath ground floor condo just steps to Private Beach Access at St. Martin's Beachwalk Villas. Enjoy all new furnishings in each bedroom, as well as a brand-new bathroom in each. The bunk room features two twin-over-full size bunks. Walk to the beach, coffee shop, restaurants, groceries, or water park! Then come home and relax on the patio or at the pool. You'll enjoy comfort and convenience on your stay at Sea Breeze! Sleeps 6. No Pets Allowed.

We loved the house and that it is located on a working farm no more than 30 minutes away from all the Mammoth Cave hot spots and even closer to Bowling Green attractions. Enjoyed the rural atmosphere, the pool, and watching the cows play. Would definitely stay here again!
Getting some kisses from the cows. They loved getting scratched on their heads.

Beautifully decorated condo

Overall we were really pleased with the condo. It’s been decorated to a great standard and great that there’s access to the beach nearby. The host was really helpful in letting us check in early and made sure we had everything we need. Would definitely be back if in Destin again.

2025 TRIP

The condo is very nice and updated. The bunkroom is the cutest and we had plenty of room for all of the kids. I do wish the master bedroom had a closet, but that is not a deal breaker for me. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. It's a great location

Up-to-date and clean condo

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and plenty of amenities and room for our family of five to be comfortable. Really enjoyed the locked patio box full of beach stuff (chairs, nets, boogie boards, etc.)

Beach/Baseball Get Away!!

The check in process was easy. The location was great, not only for the beach but the baseball fields as well. The set up inside was perfect for our large family. The condo was clean and well sticked with what we needed. The host was very accommodating and communication was great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

A fabulous find!

We throughly enjoyed our stay ! This condo offered great access to the uncrowded beach. We found that we had plenty of space for our family. The bedrooms each have blackout curtains, which made sleeping in easy. This condo is pristine & perfect with all the amenities . It’s just as the description states.

Anxious Owner

The owner reached out shortly after check in to let me know that neighbors said it looked like some “people we normally wouldn’t rent to” appeared to be staying on the property. Our friends are all people of color. I booked this for a beach weekend with my son and some family friends. At the last minute, I had an emergency and couldn’t join them. The entire weekend I got weird, unprompted messages reporting on who was at the property, trying to find out when I would arrive, accusing me of being a liar, threatening to evict, etc.—no reports of disruption, just a rabid owner’s own paranoia. I never want an experience like that again.

Tammy booked my property for 2 adults and agreed to our policy of the primary renter being at least 25 years of age. So it was a surprise and a concern to me when four young men checked in. When I asked Tammy about this, I noted that “four young men who we would not normally rent to due to their suspected age” (being under 25) had checked in. Tammy disclosed that her sons were 22 and 23 and she would join them later in the weekend. I answered a question of hers and reiterated our policy. In total through the weekend, Tammy sent me 7 messages and I sent her 4. I never followed up on when she was arriving or threatened to evict. I did say that I value honesty and I felt like I’d been lied to given the number of guests as well as their age and the breach in our house rules. Given the fact that there were no complaints or disturbances reported, I felt comfortable enough to allow the boys to stay and enjoy their weekend. In kindness, I told Tammy this could be considered 3rd party booking resulting in eviction and no refunds, so to be careful in future bookings of house rules and when specifying number of guests.
