WONDERFUL LOCATION AND PRICE

WONDERFUL location for historic sites, art museums, and restaurants. Rachel went “above and beyond” in trying to help us get transportation to the airport on our departure date. Thank you, Rachel!Would certainly book again if I return to Florence.

Ideal location and wonderful place to stay in Florence

This apartment is such a gem and Rachel was exactly the kind of warm and efficient host you hope for. While the location is fantastic enough on it's own, the apartment was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean, the bed so comfortable, a kitchen with everything we needed, comfy living room/dinner table and even a washer that came in handy for the long stay. 100% recommend this for your stay in Florence. You're so close to everything that you'll probably be happily exhausted from wandering like we were and then refreshed after a good night's sleep to do it all again the next day.

This is a simple apartment in an ideal location - steps from the Arno River, Uffizi Galleries, and Piazza del Grano. Rachel was pleasant, helpful, and easy to reach.

Firenze trip

Our stay at this apartment was short of amazing. It could not have been the most perfect spot, not only were we just steps away from either the beautiful river corridor to our left and same to our steps to the most interactive spot for panini and the Uffzi piazza and waking distance to everything!!Rachel was vey easy to reach and whenever I had a question she was always very helpful. We will definitely be back and for sure this would be our place to go to!

Perfect location

This apartment was perfect for our 10 day stay. Centrally located near the river, we could walk to everything. The beds are comfortable and quiet even when there is street noise. Lots of closet space. We can recommend!

A great stay. The apartment is excellent - well-situated, very clean and well equipped, with plenty of character. It’s comfortable with a nice, warm shower and the kitchen has all that is needed for a short stay. Centrally situated, the property is close to food shops and to all the major museums and churches etc.

Fantastic Florence

Rachel's apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed with plenty of room. It is centrally located to discover all that Florence has to offer, from museums to the wonderfull food that Tuscany is well known for. Rachel made our stay one to remember as she assisted us with directions, transportation and other needs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home away from home.

8 nights in Florence

I loved our stay at Rachel’s place! It was safe, clean and comfortable! I stayed with my here with my 18 year old daughter before she went off to school and we had a beautiful time together. It was nice exploring Florence and then coming back to a nice cool place to rest. I hope to stay here again! Rachel was a great host, always prompt and accommodating! Thank you Rachel for a peaceful and comfortable experience.

We loved this Florence Apartment

We spent 6 days in the apartment and were able to walk to every place we wanted to see. It was an ideal location with nearby restaurants and little grocery stores. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

I am an American, born in Seattle and University of Washington Graduate. I've been living and working in Firenze since 1984 and this city has become my home! I have 2 adult children both attending University of Firenze. I live very close to my rental property and am always available for eventual problems and any advice needed. I am very familiar with the city and am willing to help my renters in any way requested. i.e. Musuem, restaurant and train reservations.
