Near Dupont State and Pisgah Nat. Forest

Fully renovated stone cottage overlooking beautiful green pastures in the Little River Valley. Located just 5 miles from downtown Brevard, 3 miles to the entrance of Pisgah National Forest and 3 miles to Dupont State Forest. A spacious covered front porch offers the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. This tastefully decorated cottage with vaulted ceilings has one bedroom/one bath and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker. The perfect place for a quite romantic weekend or as a base camp for accessing all of the outdoor adventures the area has to offer. Bikers welcome, wash station available. Please note we do not charge a cleaning fee or any additional fees.

This small country cottage was very comfortable, perfect for 2. Layout and amenities provided everything we needed. The property is close to Brevard, Hendersonville and DuPont State Forest with plenty of hiking. Gina the host was very responsive to communications. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect Fall Mtn. W. E. This is a special place for sure. Everything was as it was described and more! Even had firewood and starters! Location was ideal for Piscah and Dupont, and dwntn. Brevard. Host Gina was wonderful too! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place! Love the cows, sherp, and cats too!

My husband and I were in town for a family reunion. The location of our VRBO was perfect. We went to Jeter Mountain Farm to pick apples, DuPont State Park to hike to the falls and to Brevard College to play a round of disc golf. So much to do and such a beautiful area.

Beautiful place inside and out!! This cottage is on a working farm and is surrounded by rolling hills. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and will stay there again!

Perfect Brevard area getaway

Perfectly appointed cottage with lovely covered porch for morning coffee and evening wine. Super easy and kind host. House has coffee and cream, which was nice! We will be back. Near DuPont Forest for great biking and close to Pisgah for hiking.

Anniversary Weekend

My husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our 21st anniversary. The cottage is located on a farm. The farm land is beautiful! We loved sitting on the porch of the cottage. The cottage itself is so pretty. The hosts Gina and Kevin thought of everything that you might could need. The small details are so important and they did great with this. It felt like a home away from home. We would recommend this Vrbo to anyone! We will definitely be back!

This a Great cottage on farm. I pick this cottage because it had great reviews and it is close to DuPont National Forest so I can mountain bike. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely & Convenient

The Stone Cottage was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located for the activities we wanted to do. The cottage has been nicely renovated, while preserving historical features. We especially appreciated the modern, comfortable furnishings, and enjoyed the idyllic setting in the river valley.

Weekend in mountains

Our stay was fantastic. The property was a perfect location to both Hendersonville and Brevard. Lots of hiking and activities. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean. Modern decor. Great property. Super comfortable and cozy. We had the most amazing time and will return.

A slice of paradise

This little home was absolutely amazing! Our host has thought of everything to make a get away here comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed being spoiled with this exceptional rental ! Lovely weekend retreat

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed the cottage. It was very clean and had all kitchen amenities we could need. And not least of all, a beautiful yard and view of the opposing mountain. Sitting on the porch reading was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. Our host was very friendly when we had chance encounter, but she didn't intrude in the cottage. The location of the cottage was really great, too. We were within 15 minutes of Brevard, parks and great hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are very appreciative of the Coan family. Thank you!!
