Fully renovated stone cottage overlooking beautiful green pastures in the Little River Valley. Located just 5 miles from downtown Brevard, 3 miles to the entrance of Pisgah National Forest and 3 miles to Dupont State Forest. A spacious covered front porch offers the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. This tastefully decorated cottage with vaulted ceilings has one bedroom/one bath and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker. The perfect place for a quite romantic weekend or as a base camp for accessing all of the outdoor adventures the area has to offer. Bikers welcome, wash station available. Please note we do not charge a cleaning fee or any additional fees.

My husband and I were in town for a family reunion. The location of our VRBO was perfect. We went to Jeter Mountain Farm to pick apples, DuPont State Park to hike to the falls and to Brevard College to play a round of disc golf. So much to do and such a beautiful area.

Great stay!

This is a great place to get away for a few days. It is small but has everything you need - we went out to Brevard a few nights and stayed in and cooked one night. My kids loved the fireflies which come out at dusk!

Wonderful mountain weekend

The Farm View Cottage is spacious, clean, and comfortable base camp for enjoying all the Brevard area has to offer. It’s a great location for adventures in DuPont, Pisgah, and Mills River. Gina is great host who is kind and accommodating, and their farm is beautiful.

Very Nice Place.

Exceptional cottage

This was a lovely cottage--nicely decorated and furnished. Beautiful landscaping added to the peaceful, restful setting. Loved sitting out on the covered porch. It is conveniently located to numerous hiking opportunities. Highly recommend!

Best Mountain Stay Ever!

This little house is adorable, very clean, and had all that we needed. The location has a beautiful mountain view from the front porch with well a landscaped front lawn. Gina made us feel at home and gave us great tips on restaurants, hiking and local events & history on the community. I can’t wait to schedule another stay. It was the perfect birthday weekend!

Post-Christmas Getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better place to take a break from a busy Christmas season. Located perfectly between Brevard and Dupont Forest, we had easy access to tons of hiking, shopping and eating, but still isolated enough to enjoy our quiet time. Along with being great hosts, Gina and Kevin's cottage had everything we needed. We are already looking forward to scheduling another visit.

A great stay at fantastic location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location was very convenient to Brevard and all local attractions. Loved watching the fireflies at dusk while sitting on the porch. Gina, the property owner, is such a nice person. Gave us suggestions on site seeing and talked with us each day like we were old friends. Highly recommend. We will be back!!

Lovely weekend retreat

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed the cottage. It was very clean and had all kitchen amenities we could need. And not least of all, a beautiful yard and view of the opposing mountain. Sitting on the porch reading was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. Our host was very friendly when we had chance encounter, but she didn't intrude in the cottage. The location of the cottage was really great, too. We were within 15 minutes of Brevard, parks and great hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are very appreciative of the Coan family. Thank you!!

Clean and Adorable cottage

Sweet little place to relax. Close to Pisgah Forest and Dupont State Park. Very clean and perfect for a couple. Only negative is the bathroom is small. I was fine with that but my husband found it a tight fit for him.

Perfect weekend

The property was well appointed. All furnishes were high end. The kitchen was well stocked with everything g one would need. The biggest secret is about a mile down the road, McCalls farm and produce. It’s by far the best produce in the valley.

Pastoral Setting Convenient to Everything

Can’t say enough good things about this cottage. Super clean. All amenities. Extremely friendly owners who were a wealth of information about the area. Location on a working cattle operation was rural with a beautiful view while still convenient to Brevard and Hendersonville. Thanks Gina & Kevin!

Great location

This is a cute little farm cottage that is close to Dupont state forest and Pisgah. I mainly want cleanliness and this fulfilled that. I also thought i might need my egg pan but there was a large cusinart pan that would have probably done the trick. Gina the host is really sweet. Loved that it is a working farm and there were cows on the property.

Most beautiful VRBO on earth

This place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! beautiful scenery and close to Dupont forest, Brevard, Etowah, Horse Shoe and hendersonville! The owners are awesome down to earth people and even knew some of my family from the area. We will go back again and again. Is very private except for the cats that like to visit and greet you when you return to the house. LOL! it was really great! I can't say enough nice things about the rental or the owners
