Ideally situated between CITY MARKET and RIVER STREET, this 1800+ sq ft 2 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom Bay Street Beauty is the perfect place to stay when you want to be close to everything in the Savannah historic district yet have plenty of room to spread out. This is an entire condo rental. This condo is easily accessible with an elevator in building. 2 King size bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms. Laundry in unit. Plenty of fluffy blankets! Southern charm & comfort all in one.

This professionally cleaned 1,860 sq ft 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom condo was built in 2007 after the original building from the 1800s was completely restored. The perfect Blend of History & Modernity!

This condo is walkable to nearly everything in Savannah's historic district. Stroll to Savannah's historic treasures! Embark on River Street, to enjoy the picturesque Savannah River, local shops and restaurants. Delight in pralines from River Street Sweets or Savannah Candy Kitchen en route to the captivating Plant Riverside District. In the other direction, wander to City Market, relishing lively restaurants (Vinny Van Go Go's: our beloved local pizza haven!), boutiques, and live music. Broughton Street's charms & Forsyth Park's beauty await mere blocks away.

Interested in staying close to the condo for dining? Whether your food mood leans toward casual indulgence or elegant flavors, prepare to be delighted! Five Guys, YATAI ramen + yakitori, and Starbucks are located in the same building as the condo (on the 1st floor). Within the condo, luxurious bedrooms await with ensuite baths & spacious walk-in closets. Perfect for you & your beloved family or friends! Note: maximum of 4 occupants as per the City of Savannah & our condo association. Slumber serenely on comfortable king size mattresses! Relax in abundance with extra pillows & cozy blankets.

The living room boasts a standing balcony, offering glimpses of the Savannah River & the bustling City Market.

Smart TVs grace the living room & both bedrooms, elevating your entertainment experience.

Feel at home with the in-unit laundry room, equipped with washer & dryer. We provide a starter pack of laundry pods and dryer sheets for your convenience.

The modern kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances.

Coffee Essentials
- To ensure a delightful start to your mornings, our kitchen is equipped with both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine.
- Drip Coffee Maker: We provide a starter pack of coffee grounds and filters to help you settle in.
- Keurig Machine: A starter pack of Keurig K-cups is available for your convenience.

We also supply sugar and dairy creamer. Please note that the creamer may be either powdered or in single serve liquid form. Should you have a specific preference, you may wish to bring your own coffee and creamer.

We take care of your initial needs with a thoughtful starter pack that includes essential supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Should you require additional items, kindly take responsibility for purchasing them during your stay.

Looking to add a touch of natural beauty? Our property manager, who happens to be a talented local florist, is more than happy to arrange exquisite floral bouquets to enhance your experience.

Additionally, if you require baby equipment, we are pleased to provide you with a trusted recommendation for convenient rentals.

We recommend parking in the Whitaker St. Garage around the corner from the condo. We will allow you to use our parking pass (good for 1 vehicle) for the Whitaker St parking garage during your stay. It must be returned to the table at the entrance of our condo unit when you leave or we will charge you a $200 replacement fee.

You may also find street parking at your own expense.

Short Weekend Getaway
We stayed in this condo with my son, daughter-in-law and 16 month old grandson. We have booked in this building before but always on a higher floor. The condo was exceptionally clean and well decorated. All the comforts of home and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. One of the few condos in that area with an elevator, which is important to my husband who has mobility issues. Highly recommend but please be aware, since the condo is on a lower floor, the street and alley noise can get loud all hours of the night. I recommend bringing a sound machine to use when sleeping. Also, we didn't expect it, but there was a pack and play in one of the closets which was nice for the baby to sleep in. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Best VRBO Ever!
Tastefully decorated, very roomy, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, security top notch, centrally located to Savannah attractions and FREE parking right next door. What more could you want? Was traveling with an 82-year old friend and the condo's location made it very convenient to drop by for a nap after lunch. Communications with Amber and Coanna was excellent. Always responded promptly in a most professional manner. Would highly recommend this condo to others. It's the best I've ever stayed in!

Great location, modern historic feel
Had the feel of historic style building, but modern touches such as elevator and easy access parking along with 11 foot ceilings were great. Beds were very comfortable. Location couldn't be beat for historic Savannah.

Awesome trip
We spent a week in downtown Savannah, and greatly enjoyed this property. We had never been here before, but we certainly will return. The unit is clean and comfortable. The one time that we communicated with the property manager, our response was back in under 10 minutes. We're thankful for the parking pass that saved us a great deal in parking fees. We arrived on a Saturday, and the car only left the garage on Thursday when we went to Tybee Island. We'll probably forego a car next time around. This property is well situated, and we were able to walk everywhere. River Street is across the street and down the stairs. While there was plenty of coffee provided, a walk down the stairs, out the front door, and one door to the right put us inside a Starbucks. Our Savannah experience was top notch. The accommodations were perfect, the food outstanding, and we greatly enjoyed the history as we walked through the squares, toured the museums and managed to leave some money behind in the local stores. In most properties that we viewed before selecting this one, I heard a lot about the noise level in this area. Right across the street there is a new building going up. Several nights around midnight we heard the trucks and equipment loading in materials for the next day. On Friday and Saturday nights, this part of Savannah buzzes with activity that goes into the wee hours of the morning. However, it did not bother us at all. Overall, an excellent experience.
