Unit 111, end unit, newly renovated, ocean front condo at Inn of the Sea. This is a waterfront community on beautiful Vancouver Island’s eastern coast. Situated on 3.5 acres of oceanfront property in a rural setting, this vacation spot includes a heated (seasonal) pool, hot tub (year-round), tennis court, play area, beachfront fire pit and moorage for boats. Escape the busyness of the island and make Inn of the Sea your home base for exploring the rest of Vancouver Island.
Views of the Strait of Georgia, Gulf Islands, and the provincial park next door. Country, coastal living but only 12 minutes away from the Nanaimo airport , 15 minutes to Ladysmith, 1.5 hour from Victoria and minutes from ferries to Vancouver, Squamish and Whistler.
Surrounded by cedars and arbutus trees, a short drive to pubs, restaurants and farm stands, Inn of the Sea is the perfect home base to explore Vancouver Island.
