Bev's Beachfront Bungalow

Stellar location! Walking distance to restaurants and bars, but far enough away not to be a nuisance. First floor 500 sq ft. guest studio with kitchenette. You will have covered parking and private access to your studio. The studio is an open floor plan with a queen bed and a sectional sofa that easily converts to a twin bed. A large flat screen TV and dining for four. Enjoy the large bathroom with excellent lighting. The studio is very comfortable and well equipped, with a private path to the uncrowded beach. Private outdoor area with rocking chairs. Shibumi tent, beach chairs and beach towels provided for your enjoyment.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. The rental is perfect for my husband to go fishing, clean, close to all the happenings in the area, and Bev is a superb hostess! She has thought of every last detail and there is no need to bring anything but yourself. Would highly recommend!

Very cute, clean place with everything needed for a weekend stay on the beach. We enjoyed the great location. We were able to enjoy the close Atlantic beach just steps away and then go on the Ferry to Shakleford island and Cape lookout Lighthouse for a day. Great stay for a couple to relax and have some fun together! Thank you Beverly!

Very quaint and quiet way to spend an excellent stay. No hassle and no fuss plus excellent views and proximity to the water equals a very pleasant stay. Perfect studio on the beach- great location and amenities

We had a wonderful time during our stay, and the studio was very clean and perfect for our family of 3. The location is great with easy access to the beach and all the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely be back!

Everything was excellent!Cleanliness is a 4 only because of a couple bugs in bathroom, which is not surprising or necessarily preventable.It was much better than a hotel room! Close to the beach and local attractions.

Amanda, I was so surprised to read your review and to discover you had a couple of bugs in the bathroom. This is the first time a guest has had this problem. I do wish you had notified Maricruz or I so we could have taken a look to see what kind they were. My apologies.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect place

Everything about the stay was perfect! Beverly is such a beautiful host. Location was unbeatable and anything you could think of needing she has already covered. I look forward to returning for years to come, I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else now.

Rare oceanfront studio

We loved staying here for our honeymoon! The studio is super cute, has just about everything you would need, and just a short walk to the beach. The area is very private and quiet. The owner is super sweet!

Great place at the beach!

We had a great stay and experience with this property. It's ocean front with direct access to the beach. It's very clean. Beverly was so pleasant. Recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Atlantic Beach.
