Ocean Sands Condo - Steps Away to a Private Beach - Linens Included

Oceanfront complex with a private beach! This condominium unit is an efficiency/studio with one bath.

The unit sleeps 3 comfortably, with one queen size bed and a queen size sleeper couch. This unit faces the parking lot, and on the 2nd floor. It is unit B226, the blue building. The complex is 1 of 3 and is directly on a private beach. It is a quiet, family-oriented environment.

The complex has a great pool and two oceanfront gazebos for taking in the breath taking views. There is outdoor grilling available with charcoal grills and picnic tables and there are on-site laundry facilities provided that are credit card operated.

Linens and towels are included with our unit plus beach towels. Come and stay without the hassle of having to bring all the bulky items from home.

We pride ourselves on having a spotless unit! Don't take our word for it, come and see for yourself.

OCEAN SANDS CONDOMINIUM IS A SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY. This includes both inside and outside the unit.

Tiny House at the Beach

We enjoyed it for 2 people(3 would be too tight). Bathroom was great with nice big shower and plush towels. Kitchen good counterspace. Do not bring too many clothes as there are no real closets but a nice vanity that worked. Very accommodating with an easy walk of about 1 minute to the beach with a wonderful gazebo walkway. Near many restaurants, Fort Macon, and Beaufort. Looking forward to returning soon!

Perfect little getaway!

We stayed at this lovely condo for a friend’s wedding at the aquarium. The space was perfect for my husband and I and I loved the access to the beach and closeness to the restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!

Great long weekend

We loved our cozy room. Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped so we could do breakfast and lunch in the room, lots of outlets, beach towels provided. Wonderful stay!

Excellent Condo

This is our second time staying in this particular condo and we absolutely love it! The place is cozy and clean plus it is right on the beach. We will definitely be coming back to this place and it is perfect for a couple getaway.

Perfect Place

This our third time staying at this place. It is always clean and comfortable! You can’t beat the location of being right on the beach plus, it is a private section of the beach so it is never really crowded. The host is wonderful and we will definitely be back again!

Very cute condo

The condo is the perfect size for a couple with 1 or 2 children. The walk to the beach was very short and the property was very clean. I would book this again since it’s priced just right.

Ocean Sands #226B

The Hillman's condo is decorated beautifully! It was very clean and well organized, the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, the coffee maker was great because it offered the choice of a regular pot or Keurig. I especially appreciated the dresser in the room so that I could put away mine and my grandchildren's (ages 16, 10 and 5) clothes! The location is absolutely perfect with Dairy Queen and Dollar General within walking distance! The pool (salt water I believe) was immaculate, and the beach is steps away and was uncrowded and beautiful! We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay!

Mini vacation

Its was a nice clean room . Easy walk to the beach. Only wish there was a small shelf beside the bed. I use my phone as a clock and had no where to put it but under my pillow. Overall stay was nice and enjoyable.

Great accommodation

Entire booking process was quick and easy. The hosts were great communicators and very promptly answered all questions. The property was very clean and the linens were all provided. The unit was equipped very nicely and was well maintained. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful!!

Beach Getaway to Atlantic Beach

We stayed for the week, the place was great for me and my partner! The beach access was the best part of the stay, walk right out your door and you’re right there. The place is quiet, great location. Easy access to grocery and the running/walking trail. The place has everything needed to cook in as well which was perfect for these times. We really really enjoyed our stay!!

Spic and span!

Condo was spotless, comfortable, and as advertised. Missed having wifi and no gas grills on property but were not deal breakers for us for our short stay as we were on beach most of the time anyway. Thank you for renting to us! Would stay here again.

Love this place and will be back

This Ocean Sands Efficiency was perfect. Decorated so cute and had everything I could want for my stay at the beach. Clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet here too. Just a short walk to the beach and in a great location for what ever you want to do on Atlantic Beach. I will for sure stay here again. Thank you making my stay so pleasant.

Ideal beach respite

My husband & I were in the Atlantic Beach area for a family funeral & this condo provided the perfect respite during the long weekend. Property was even better than advertised - very clean, well appointed, short walk over the dunes to the ocean, and surprisingly quiet from traffic. Communication with owner was prompt and informative. Would love to return for a vacation in the future.

Short get away

The unit was very clean. It smelled like fresh linens when I opened the door. The bed was comfortable. The towels were very thick. I really enjoyed this unit and would stay here again.

Excellent long weekend getaway place!

This is a very well kept little condo. It's clean, smells fresh, and has everything you might need in the kitchen. The area is quiet, the beach is private and amazing, but if you like long walks on the beach, the pier is just far enough that there aren't a ton of people around, but definitely walkable. All of the neighbors that we came into contact with were friendly and quiet. We slept awesome and found everything close by that we needed and wanted to do.
