Our home has been Newly Renovated (June 2021) and has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Located in a safe, central location, we are minutes to downtown, the American River, Shopping and Restaurants. It is perfect for families, business travelers and any group looking for some more space and a full kitchen. We have 2 king-sized beds and 2 queen-sized beds, super-fast WiFi and a huge 65" Smart TV for all of your streaming needs! Be comfortable and enjoy your stay!

Our home is located in a quiet suburb in Rancho Cordova, east of Sacramento. With easy access to Highway 50, guests could take Highway 50 East and head up the mountains to South Lake Tahoe for the day or take Highway 50 West and go into Sacramento. Some activities near the home include the American River (can't beat a day floating down the river!), Ancil Hoffman Golf Course, Jensen Botanical Garden, River Bend Park, West Wind drive-in theaters, Mather Regional Park, Mather Golf Course, Hangtown Motocross Classic & more! Nearby restaurants include Chili's, Soho Sushi, Priya Indian Cuisine, The Mimosa House (wonderful brunch spot), Sala Thai, Casa Ramos, & many more. Some fun breweries near the house are Movement Brewing, Burning Barrel Brewing Co., & Claimstake Brewing.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

Uber and Lyft are the best ways to get around if you do not have a car.

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance-We have a Ring security camera above the driveway. The device records audio and video 24/7.
Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.

A week in Rancho Cordova

We really enjoyed our stay at the “designer remodeled” home in Rancho Cordova. Seth was very helpful and easy to reach. The location was very convenient and the house was comfortable.

Pre-Christmas Visit

This home was very comfortable and recently refurbished. It was so much better than staying in a hotel, especially because my noisy grandkids were with me. It’s a good location: close to retail, restaurants, gas stations and main thoroughfares. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Home is a short distance to HWY 50. Beautifully remodeled. Loved that rooms had luggage racks. Plenty of kitchen items to cook your own meals. Quiet neighborhood. Easily fit for our family of 7. Owners very responsive to any concerns or recommendations. We went to Clarksburg and the Napa Valley for day trips and it was nice easy drive. Would definitely stay again!

Ok but wouldn’t recommend

If you just need someplace to sleep it’s fine. We were surprised to find the exterior extremely unkept. Tree down in the back yard, no screens on the covered area, dirty and in inviting. The house is ok and the beds are comfortable. The supplies were very lacking. Towels were extremely old and stained. 2 washcloths for our entire group in a 4 bedroom house. The hot water was broken in the master bath, coffee grounds were in the coffee pot from a previous guest. The corner cabinet in the kitchen was broken and we had reported it at our last stay. Water leaked due to rain that came in under the stove, I ice maker or ice trays for convenience. Multiple ply is thorough out don’t work, thick cobwebs and very dirty garage.we won’t be staying here again. We are a group of nurses in for a team building event.

Perfect for what we needed

Seth was a very communicative host who was always able to answer and solve any issue we had. We stayed in this VRBO during a massive wind storm and felt very safe in this one-story building. With no big trees or posts around us, we knew nothing bad would happen while we were there and that made us very comfortable. The stay fits our exact needs of being close to a variety of grocery stores and shops. Storing our rental car in the garage was a huge bonus. We needed a home away from home that was a 2-minute drive from the highway as we were accessing the Sacramento Aquatic Center twice a day but also wanted to be close enough to downtown Sacramento. It fits the bill! Thank you, Seth!

Almost Great

Communication, layout and neighborhood was great. The place was mostly redone, however smelled. We sprayed the garage with bug spray and lemon cleaner. The garaged was a mess. Sprayed lemon cleaner in the house or we couldn’t stay. I think the smell came from mold in the places not remodeled. If they fix that, the place would be great.

Just okay

House is tired. Could tell that basic flip was done to make functional. Heating is poor. Sounded like an airplane taking off whenever the heater turned on. No shades in the bedrooms, both decreases insulation as well sound. Next door neighbor dog barks starting early in the AM, and road noise is very loud being on the corner. House did its job as it had the necessary stuff, but if visiting the area would look to book another place.

Good decor..needs a little more love..

Stayed here while visiting family in the area. The inside of the house looked as listed. The decor was inviting and beds were comfortable. You can certainly tell this place was quickly flipped as flooring is not put together well along with all other details. However, the backyard had trees and branches down that were never removed. Therefore we were unable to use the backyard at all. The outdoor patio furniture was also dirty. There are no blinds or curtains for the back door which anyone can view in. The laundry is in the garage which was very creepy and dark. The shower curtains were dirty and cheap, the closet door in master was barely functioning. Also, limited storage available for personal belongings in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Lastly we had some family briefly stop by and instantly threats started to follow of being kicked out. Not just the one warning but several rude follow ups even after all had left. We had paid for 8 and only had 5 sleep there 75% of the time. If planning to have anyone visit this is not the place for you. I felt like I was being watched after that occurred. The front flood camera is where they actively track you. We unplugged the Alexa inside also to avoid them listening in. Not sure if any other cameras inside but wouldn’t doubt it. The neighborhood is decent..but a few blocks down there is a large homeless population which is unnerving if you have family.

Perfect Spot!

This was a great house with excellent communication!! We had a small issue and Seth was on it so fast!! Very responsive and attentive!! Beds were comfy and house nicely appointed. If we're ever down again we will definitely stay here!

Perfect for us!

This place was super clean. The manager kept in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed. Water even tasted great from the tap. Towels were perfectly white. The beds were nice and comfortable. We felt very safe in this neighborhood.

Bright and airy

This property feels much larger than it really is. The recent renovation resulted in a spacious living space. The location was wonderfully convenient, freeways and shopping were easily accessed. Owners were easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to Stay

Modern interior and furniture, comfortable beds, great neighborhood. Stayed here for work about 2 weeks, good communication with the host at all times, felt safe and secure, no issues whatsoever with the home or neighborhood. Would recommend for families or business traveler. Great value and professional hosts. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Exactly What We Needed

The property was in a central location for where we needed to travel each day we were there. The owner was very kind, and very responsive. They made our stay so easy. Weekend Stay

Overall, the property is nice and comfortable. House is nicely remodeled. When I originally booked the property, my reservation was cancelled by the host without an explanation. I rebooked the property and was asked some questions about my group. The second reservation was kept. Upon arrival, the property was clean and smelled nice. When we went to use the coffee pot, it was moldy (in pot and on top of grounds) There was no dish soap and we ended up running the pot through the dishwasher to get sanitized and clean. There was no hand soap in the front bathroom, no paper towels or a scrubber in the kitchen. I relayed the missing items / moldy coffee pot to the host via text and email and never received a response. Communication from the host needs improvement.
