The only thing missing from this property is a Personal Chef!!! This pristine Lookout Bay townhouse is tucked away in a quiet complex a stone throw away from both downtown and access to Herring Cove. Listed as a 2 bedroom, the condo has an additional room on the second floor for use as a family room, office or overflow guest space.
Open, light and airy; the first floor plan of kitchen, dining and living flows out the back slider to a deck and 600sf+ exclusive use area with gas grill and seating. The second floor includes a bedroom and additional room with sofa bed with a shared bath located between the rooms. The main suite on the 3rd floor includes a bath and water view balcony facing toward the western sunsets.
$500 Security deposit required. Refundable within 10 days of departure.
