You’re going to love all the latest updates and attention to detail within this Gulf-front condo at BeachCrest 505. The owner is consistently updating and upgrading this beach retreat. Located directly on an expansive private beach (with free seasonal beach setup!), you'll enjoy beautiful panoramic views from both the master bedroom and living area.

Head out on the large private balcony where you will find a Polywood table & 4 chairs & a Polywood lounger to relax and hear the sounds of the waves as you enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The 4 chairs & lounger have comfortable New cushions. We know this balcony is going to become your favorite spot while you’re here.

Inside, there's a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the tools you need to make amazing vacation feasts and treats. There is plenty of storage for your groceries in the full-size pantry. There is a large counter-height dining table (for 6) or breakfast bar seating with plenty of room for dinner and snack breaks.

Cuddle up on the beautiful new sectional sofa, beautifully framing the Gulf views, and take note of the new 55" Smart TV with HD cable – it’s perfect for game day. The kids will love the new smart TVs in the master bedroom and guest room. Pack light with the new stackable top loader washer & dryer.

505 is thoughtfully designed and updated throughout to make sure you have a truly relaxing getaway.

Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds, New 32” Smart TV. Quick access to shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

BeachCrest:
You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline, offering private beach access. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and a Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

Your stay at BeachCrest 505 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trash can plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Good location

The condo is in a great location. It is just down the road from seaside and Rosemary beach without having to stay in the crowd. The condo is extremely clean and well done.

Loved the condo, beach/ocean and the view! The decor and furniture were attractive and comfortable. We could tell you took time when choosing how to decorate so couples or families felt at home and had what they needed. The only thing was we wish it had a walk shower in on the master bathroom instead of the tub/shower combo. (Also we could not find oven mitts). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again!

Great place

It was very nicely appointed and great layout and location! Everything was fantastic, however I would recommend bedspreads on the beds. We did have blankets but no spreads. Not sure if that was due to the pandemic. The unit was just like the photos! Nice amenities as well.

Thank you for the positive review! We’re following recommendations by the CDC regarding COVID-19 and sanitizing the entire unit between each rental. They also recommend that any linens that can’t be washed between rentals should be removed. Since it’s not possible to wash all blankets and bedspreads between each rental, we’ve removed the bedspreads, which gives us enough time to clean and sanitize the unit, plus wash the blankets. Although this is a recommendation and not a mandate, we realize not everyone is following the same procedures; however we take the well being of our guests seriously, so we’ll continue to follow CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19, until it’s no longer necessary.

Reviewer Comments: Lovely, clean condo. 15 minutes from Rosemary Beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes the other direction is Central Square with more shops, restaurants, etc. Beachside service provided chairs and umbrellas, and the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee outlooking the ocean. Condo came equipped with all amenities you would need.

Everything was as advertised with the exception of the roach problem. The property management company did respond to the situation and had someone come out and treat the kitchen and bathroom where the problem was most prevalent. Unfortunately it was too little too late. In my opinion the whole building needs to be treated. The management company gave us a 100 refund and I was happy to take it but I felt like it should’ve been more.

We also want to clarify that all of our homes and units are placed on routine preventative pest control service schedules, with treatments occurring monthly or quarterly depending on the property. That said, occasional issues can still arise in coastal environments, and we take any report seriously to address it as quickly as possible. We understand your perspective regarding compensation. Kitchen well equipped. Perfect ocean view from balcony. Plus, the location of the Beachcrest building is perfect for us—and overall property is always well maintained and quiet.

Late February at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay in 505. We returned to it this year because of its location and the decor of the unit. I’d like to suggest a few improvements please. The sofa was not as comfortable this year. It felt thinner and in need of replacing the stuffing and springs. I suggest a regular sofa and one or two comfortable upholstered chairs instead of the wrap around sofa .It would be nice to have a few coffee filters and a box of tissues in addition to the roll of paper towels available.

Nice place, great beach views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the farthest east we've stayed on 30-A and one of the few mid-rise buildings. In terms of the location it was very conveniently located to Publix, quick-marts, and restaurants. The unit we stayed in was clean and for the most part updated. The only complaint was the sofa. It's very uncomfortable and could probably use replacing. It's a sleeper sofa, which I understand the value of, but the cushions offered NO support and after coming in after watching the sun set we were pretty miserable in the evenings trying to find a comfy spot to sit. On the plus side, it was one of the best stocked kitchens we've encountered as we generally prepare most of our meals in as opposed to going out.
