Maison Letellier offers the comfort of a hotel and the charm of a typical Parisian apartment.

Each of our studios are equipped with a 5-star queen size bed, TV, high speed internet access, bathroom with shower, separate WC, kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle and a dining / working table.

This studio measures 18m2 and offers an inner courtyard view, very quiet.

You can also benefit from our common lobby (shared with all 7 guests) to have a lunch or to work.

Our rooms are very comfortable and decorated with high quality furniture to make your stay in Paris outstanding.

Located at 10min walk from the Eiffel Tower and 3min walk from Metro Duplex, you can enjoy all Parisian areas very easily !

Everything was perfect.The only negative point is if you are 200 pounds and plus ,the unit is too small, specially to go in the shower and to the bathroom.Beside that it is safe and near of the transportation .

Me and my wife had a great time in the apartment studios. The host was very nice and very considerate. My wife especially enjoyed the cleanliness and the quietness of the place. We were staying at. Overall 10 out of 10 service and will recommend to many other people.

I love Maison Letellier

The place is perfect, very close to the train, bus and Restaurants. The surroundings are pretty quiet and about 15 minutes walk to the Eifel Tower. And if you are still in great shape, Arc de Triomphe is about 45 minutes walk. The place is close to everything. Check in is easy and fast. Just make sure you get the right address. I gave it a 4 star because we're lost for awhile but Florian was good and text us instructions.

Maisson Letellier stay

This studio is in a nice safe area about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The complex is very neat and clean and we initially had great communication with our host. Unfortunately we were ready for check-in at 3, but the room wasn’t done being cleaned until 3:30, and the shower drain was still clogged so we had to shower standing in previous people’s hair, etc that would come up as it filled. Our host also accidentally gave us the wrong pin to the door so following the late check-in we were then locked out of the room until he finally responded that night. Overall the studio is perfectly fine but definitely not a great Vrbo experience for us.

The room was clean and modern but very small, barely enough for two people. The host mixed up our reservation, giving us the wrong room, and the door code didn’t work so he provided an alternate code. When we returned late, we found the door wide open. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host, we had to call the police. We were assured the code would be changed, but it wasn’t. Later, we discovered the guests in Room 4 (the original room I booked) had our code and had entered our room. Instead of securing our room, the host made both old and new codes functional, compromising our safety and privacy our entire stay. The situation was mishandled and minimized.

Location, Location, Location

Access and security of the property is easy and excellent. We were in Room 4. Space was clean, with any of the basic amenities you would need. The area is close to a Monoprrix, for shopping needs. And many restaurants and boulangeries. It is a honest 16 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Another big plus for us was that we were there for the first 4 days of a 20 day European Vacation. So the fact that there was a laundromat less than 200M away was great. Although it would not effect my 5 star review. There are a couple of things that would make future stays better.1) Inclusion of a couple of face cloths with a couple of extra towels would certainly be helpful. As with the humidity in Paris, we could not get the towels close to dry in 24 hours.2) And this one comes with the information that my wife and I were beginning a 20 day vacation from Canada. We had 2 full sized suitcases.There is just no space to put them. But as I stated. 5 Stars and I would recommend to friends travelling to Paris.

Perfect 2 night stay for our needs. The area was spotless and the bed quite comfortable. I might say that if you are a large person, the toilet and shower rooms might be too small, but for us, of average height and weight, it was not a problem. We met Sophie, quite pleasant, when we first arrived, a bit early but she let us leave our luggage until our room was ready. The location was excellent, close to the action but off a quiet side street. We’d stay there again if we returned. Thank you, Sophie.
