Venues pour un déplacement professionnel.Le logement est très bien équipé, idéalement placé (nombreux restaurants aux alentours) et l'accueil y est très bon.Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement.

Great welcome from Patrick who explained the ropes of the house and then left us to our own devices. Well equipped. Big fridge. Hot water. Very roomy. Supermarket nearby. Metro very close. And the view is really special. Thanks Patrick for a great stay.

Appartement avec tout le charme parisien, tout confort avec aménagement cosy. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Accueil formidable. La vue de la cuisine sur la tour Montparnasse et la tour Eiffel est la cerise sur le gâteau. Emplacement parfait sur la butte aux cailles avec le métro à 5 minutes.

Merci aux propriétaires.Un ajustement à faire, nous a-t-il semblé : un escalier en colimaçon pour aller de la chambre et salle de bains à la pièce à vivre. Un peu étroit. Peu gêner certaines personnes.

Owner was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here. There was plenty of room and you can't beat the location with tons of restaurants, bakery's, and the metro nearby.

Très charmant appartement bien situé

Ce fut une très belle expérience de rester dans cette appartement. La propriété est très confortable, bien équipée, ample et propre. Les hôtes sont très gentils et proactif pour vous conseiller, bonne communication. Le quartier est joli et deux stations de métro vous emmènent vers les zones plus touristiques.

Hidden gem in very nice neighbourhood

Frank welcomed us when we arrived. He gave us a lot of tips on restaurants. The place is exactly as on the photos. Good value for money! I had to go to the doctor and Frank insisted on coming with me and he really helped me out! I cannot thank him enough for that.The appartment is a 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations. And in the neighbourhood there is a lot of street art, which i really liked.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement plein de charme

Appartement idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et agréable. Intérieur chaleureux et plein de charme, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Accueil très sympathique ! De la bouche de nos enfants : "c'était génial !" Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse, on reviendra avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits et sommes super ravis de notre séjour. Patrick et sa femme sont vraiment très accueillants et aux petits soins. Le quartier est très calme et très charmant. Bien situé avec le métro à 2 pas. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris.

Charming apartment in a lovely area of Paris - a real hidden gem!

Apartment was perfect for our family with a double bed and 2 single sofa beds/futons. Really charming apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Magical to see it sparkle each evening. Butte aux Cailles is a real hidden gem, friendly but buzzing, perfect for a family holiday with teenagers! Patrick and Manuela were friendly and helpful, Patrick was on hand to help with any issues. We would definately recommend both the apartment and this area of Paris.and Manuela for being really friendly and

Patrick et Manuella sont aux petits soins ! Très agréables et réactifs, ils nous accueillent avec le sourire et beaucoup d'attention.L'appartement est très bien tenu et très bien équipé, au calme, dans un quartier typique de Paris. Le métro est tout proche.

Great Stay in an amazing neighborhood

We could not have been happier with our stay, from the accommodations that were perfect for my wife and our two daughters, to the neighborhood it was located. We have recommended this listing to friends as a great option for their stay in Paris, and we would come back and stay there again for our next trip to Paris.

Super cute apartment!

We loved our stay here, our host Martin was very helpful and accommodating for our travel needs and timing. The apartment had many places to sleep, and was in a cute courtyard off of the street. You can even see the Eiffel Tower through the kitchen window! It’s also located very conveniently near a Metro station and lots of food, drinks, and shops. We loved our stay.

Was für schöne 2 Tage!

Es war perfekt! Ein sehr schönes Appartment mit allem was man braucht, nah an der U-Bahn. Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Patrick hat mir im Vorfeld eine sehr günstige Parkgarage (Paripark: 38 für 48 Stunden) in 7 Min. Fußreichweite empfohlen, da wir mit unserem Auto in Paris waren.Vom Küchenfenster hat man übrigens einen direkten Blick auf die Tour de Montpartnasse und den Eiffelturm. Und genau vor der Tür stößt man auf Street Art, die es in diesem Viertel Butte-aux-Cailles zuhauf gibt.
