Charming small detached house located 400m (7 minutes walk) from the entrance to the historic center of Sarlat.
South facing with a small unfenced garden. Perfect for enjoying the listed sites and night entertainment. 1 hour from Rocamadour, 25 minutes from Lascaux and all the exceptional sites around Sarlat You have a parking space.
Rental for 4 people maximum.
On the first floor is:
- A kitchen with 4 gas hobs, fridge-freezer,
mini oven, microwave, Senseo, coffee maker, electric kettle and kitchen utensils. (No dishwasher).
- A living room, a dining table, a sofa and a television.
-The bathroom (shower)
- A W.C.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with a bed of 140x190cm (non-separable)in each of them with storage furniture and fans.
A veranda for breakfast with a view of the city.
Outside, a table is available for meals and a barbecue .
The accommodation must be returned in a correct condition.
Access to the cul-de-sac is narrow, see photos, a significant climb and difficult U-turn so camper van, van or car with a very low front bumper must park in the street opposite.
