Come stay in Villa Ibiza, your Mediterranean paradise in the Caribbean. This newly remodeled home has all you need for an amazing vacation in beautiful Puerto Rico. Perfectly located in Isla Verde Ave., Villa Ibiza is a short 8 mins ride from the airport and across the street from the beach.

You can enjoy the breeze as you walk to Coffee Shops/Bistro, Restaurants, Grocery Stores and much more. The house provides a big private pool for your group to enjoy and cool down from your Tours, Activities or the Sunny day on the beach. Fully equipped to grill your favorite food on your own BBQ or cook your desire in the fully stocked kitchen.

Escape the cold, no passport needed, come to beautiful and sunny Puerto Rico and enjoy your vacation on your home away from home.

Wonderful home and location. Beach is close and pool was wonderful for afternoon and evening swims. Multiple restaurants within walking distance.

What a great hidden gem! The location was perfect—tucked away enough to feel private and relaxing, yet close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. The hosts were amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a party of 10 and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect to get around Carolina and San Juan. There’s a beautiful beach across the street and Isla Verde Beach is very close by. The kids enjoyed the pool and having a washer/dryer and dishwasher was great for our large group.

The house was exactly what we needed. 5 bedrooms and many bathrooms. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We really enjoyed the pool area and the pool.

The location was extremely convenient, and the house itself was beautiful!!! Loved the pool. We did run into a few issues with cleanliness (molded food left in microwave), clogged sinks, and leaking A/C units. It was suggested to plunge the sink ourselves—we didn’t feel that was an appropriate expectation for guests. Thankfully, the house manager returned to resolve the issue. Overall, we had a good stay, but the check-in and check-out policies were quite strict, and we had to pay extra for any flexibility.

Our family of 8 absolutely Loved our stay here. The location was so great for taking Uber everywhere we wanted to go. It was our home away from home.

We loved our stay, it had everything you need. Separate bedrooms & bathrooms for all. The cabana room was wonderful & the pool perfect size & temperature. We loved the layout of the breakfast area. Was huge & we could all sit around every morning & drink our coffee & enjoy time together.The area was also perfect, very safe, lots of restaurants & a large grocery story & a 2 minute walk to the beach!We will definitely come again!

Our host was great. She met us a gave us a tour of the house when we arrived. The amenities were great. Everything was clean. Large bath and beach towels provided.

Seven of us had a fantastic stay at Villa Ibiza in Isla Verde. The house is clean and comfortable, and the pool is a wonderful place to relax on a hot day. The house is walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Ubers to Old San Juan are inexpensive and plentiful. Thank you John and Mayra for a wonderful stay!

Our group of 7 women spent 5 days in Puerto Rico for our yearly reunion. The house was spacious and had lots of room to spread out. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen at the long high top table but also enjoyed the living room in the cabana and relaxed around the pool. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach (there are beach chairs and beach towels at the house), and the free 5 bus across the street takes you directly to Old San Juan. Mayra (the manager for the house) was extremely responsive to our texts, questions etc and was great to work with.

This home was everything and more! The host was very nice and responsive to any and all questions and provided us with directions to the local grocery stores and places to eat in the area! The home is located just a few minutes from the airport and all other attractions! My family and I really enjoyed the property!

The house was fantastic, and it comfortably accommodated our entire group of 11. It was also in a great location, with restaurants, convenience stores, and beaches nearby. The only thing I would suggest is that you use the restaurant next door to find the house more easily.

Great home in a great location if you like food the local restaurants were great the house was 10 minutes to old San Juan and 10 minutes to the convention center we will diffidently return here!

Amazing place to stay

House is in a perfect location close to everything and has anything you could need. Incredible place to stay while in Puerto Rico! Owners are very friendly and helpful as well!
