The ceiling has been remodeled to allow for plenty of overhead incandescent lighting and there are three beautiful ceiling fans. This condo also includes a Bosch washer and dryer, new carpet, and paint. There is a large lanai table so the whole family can eat their meals together outside.

It’s also a short walk along the beach to Black Rock where you can watch the cliff divers in the evenings or take the whole family for a swim with the turtles and tropical fish during the day.
