Spacious, cosy apartment, peace and convenience in a lively area

Just perfect: really quiet in the middle of a nice neighborhood (canal quay, shops, bistro) at 6th floor (elevator to the 5th) in a beatiful building, well maintained. Beds, bathroom, kitchen: everything is fine.Contact with the resident is easy, fast and well organised.

Charming and practical

We stayed here a week while we explored Paris. We were just a few minutes walk from the République Metro station, which gave us easy and quick access to most of Paris. The apartment is very pleasant and in a well kept building. The apartment is on the 6th floor and is served by the building‘s elevator, which goes to the 5th floor, plus an easy 1 flight of stairs. Overall the nicest apartment we’ve stayed in when we have visited Paris.

Lovely Location!

My daughter and I spent a week at this apartment and truly enjoyed the privacy and the neighborhood. The apartment is close to many great eateries and bars and gives easy access to all the main attractions without being in the middle of all the noise and traffic. The host is super easy to communicate with. We loved it!

Lovely apartment off the Canal

We loved it! 10/10 A very lovely apartment with plenty of sun off the Canal. Plenty of great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. No trouble checking in and out. Clean and quaint.

Charmante Wohnung mit Pariser Flair in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um Paris in all seinen Facetten zu entdecken. Dank der Nähe zu mehreren Bahnhöfen war die Anreise selbst mit Gepäck angenehm unkompliziert.Die Umgebung hat uns sofort begeistert: laue Sommerabende am nahegelegenen Kanal, gemütliche Cafés, hervorragende Restaurants und köstliche Bäckereien – und das alles nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Besonders praktisch war der gut sortierte Bio-Supermarkt direkt gegenüber.Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in einem liebevoll renovierten Altbau und ist mit viel Geschmack und hochwertigen Details eingerichtet. Ein besonderes Extra: Zu unserer Freude gab es sogar einen Geschirrspüler – eine kleine, aber feine Überraschung.Auch wenn wir hauptsächlich zum Schlafen dort waren, haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt.
