Indoor and outdoor pools and spas, The Salty Pickle oceanfront food and drink bar and within walking distance to Garden City Pier. What a great place to vacation! Murrells Inlet - Seafood Capital is nearby as well as The Gulf Stream Cafe. Catch the locals on the upper deck watching the sun set.

Great place to stay!

Awesome view, comfy couch, everything we needed for cooking. Clean condo, overall great experience! The Salty Pickle was great for easy lunches!

Nothing better than getting a place right in the ocean. Open the patio door and the ocean is there. The type of beach condo you would want to return to again and again

Annual Beach Vacation

Great location and views. Two walk-in showers was a bonus as I have mobility issues. Loved the amenitis. Only negative was parking. Garage too small. Plan on renting next year.

Great family friendly neighborhood

Good! The small issues were attended to within the same day. Very closely guarded parking! They mean what they say about following the rules. Great poolside restaurant! Online booking was great and they answered questions about the area. This particular week was great with shell hunting!

Awesome View, Comfortable!

Stay was great, master bed is comfy but made noise every time we moved, husband thinks it was boxstring because the mattress was new. Place was very clean, but cabinets need to be wiped on corners where people open them, and we lost the remote in the couch and realized it hadn't been cleaned under in a while. Over all we loved our stay and would stay again!

Fair

The property was extremely small, mattresses and pillow very cheap and stained. No rugs in the bathrooms and towels looked like rags. Also our feet were black on the bottom the entire time because the floor was not clean.

Good but needs updates

The rental company was very helpful and responsive. The unit itself would not allow the air down past 72, and because the unit probably needs Freon, the humidity in the place was high. The washer/dryer needs replacing. It’s old and had to go through a few cycles to dry.the TVs in the bedrooms did not work. Might have been the remotes, we did not persue that issue but it would have been nice to go to sleep with a TV.

Not good

Unit was not clean, hair all over the floors and behind furniture, beds definitely need new mattresses they were very uncomfortable and the one in the master bedroom sounds like it is falling apart not to mention the bedspreads looked like they had not been cleaned for awhile so made a trip to Walmart to buy our own. Check in was not smooth because of the Realtors non communication, will not go into the details of who and what the problem was as it is to long but will not rent thru them again. All in all the place is a nice place to stay and a good location but would definitely not stay in that particular condo again and would definitely use the in house Realtor there at the Resort.

Royal Gardens Resort Is Aged But Certainly Ok

When the listing said remodeled 10 years ago, we did not know they meant ‘half’ remodeled. The wood laminate floor was broken in 2 spots. The floor had air pockets that were weird to step on. The angle of the balcony looking north and south was excellent. Loved the free bag of ice. Wonderful walk in master stone shower.

Nice vacation spot

The kitchen was well stocked and somewhat updated. The bedrooms were comfortable as was the living room. The view from the balcony made it feel as if we were almost in the ocean.
