The views were spectacular!

It was close to so many fun places and we loved the infinite pools. The owners were prompt to help us with questions.

Las casitas stay

Room was not cleaned, linens, towels were not cleaned, sofa lounge was not cleaned. I had to contact management that was not in Puerto Rico at the time, I explained room was not cleaned or prepared and they immediately sent someone over to clean. Overall everything was perfect after that. We enjoyed our stay! 🙂

Property is in very good conditions. Very nice unit. Owners communicated with us diligently. We are very satisfied with the “Casita”. No complains with the apartment. The only complain is more related with the owners of El Conquistador, they don’t allow “Las Casitas” residents that booked with third parties to use or enter their facilities in the hotel. That’s a bummer. Other than that, the stay was awesome!

The village is beautiful and the views are scenic. The apartment is comfortable for four guests. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable, although very noisy whenever you moved in the bed. When we arrived, there were no bed sheets for the sofa bed, but they were provided soon after we requested them. I would recommend including a washer and dryer since there is a designated space in the apartment. It would be a very welcome addition. I would also suggest including a container (or small table) in the shower to place the soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I had to purchase a container in the grocery store so that the soap bar would not be directly on the shower floor. The doors in the apartment should be fixed. Several of them have expanded due to humidity and they are difficult, or barely able, to close. Also, many of the electricity outlets are overhanging. Finally, the biggest area for improvement is the internet connection. The connection was very poor at best, but most of the time it did not work at all. We were not able to check emails or watch movies (i.e., Netflix). I let the people in charge know about this, but they responded that unfortunately, the current company (Claro) was the only one available there. I would recommend to the owners that if there is no way to fix the internet connection issue, this should be stated in the description. Apart from the no internet and the other minor issues, we had a great time.
