Ohana" means 'family' and this home is the perfect family getaway! This comfortable three bedroom duplex is located on a quiet, sound-side cul-de-sac in North Topsail Beach. Sleeping up to 8 people, this home is ideal for medium sized families or groups of friends. Just imagine sitting on the porch observing the serene landscapes and wildlife and having the convenience of a short walk to the beach.

Underneath the home, you will find covered parking for two vehicles and uncovered parking for additional guests. A private, enclosed outdoor shower and picnic table are located underneath as well. The main entrance is located in the center of the covered parking area. The first level houses the master bedroom, which leaves little to be desired. It has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private sound view deck.

Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 are on the ocean view side of the first floor and both share a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and bedroom 3 features two twin sized beds. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor in the hallway.

Continuing up to the next level you will find the main living area. The dining area is open to the kitchen and has comfortable seating for eight. This open concept floorplan leads you into the living room which is divided into two places to relax. The living room is complete with a comfy sectional w/ ottoman and two recliners. The electric fireplace can be used for extra warmth on cooler nights or just a nice ambiance for a relaxing evening. The French doors lead to a private sunroom that features a queen sleeper sofa, providing an extra seating and sleeping area. A sunny sound side deck is also located off the living room and sunroom, offering the perfect place for your morning coffee! There is also full bathroom located on this level.

Note - we can coordinate linen rental service to deliver bed and bath linens if you don't bring your own. The cost will depend on the number of guests.

Ohana was so beautiful and our family felt at home. The back view was amazing, you could sit there all day. Everything was a “10” and the hosts are so kind!

The property was even nicer than the photos. As far as cleanliness it was immaculate. We had an amazing week there. Everything we needed was there, and the beach is right across the street. It’s a great location, it’s purely residential, so the beach wasn’t very crowded in our area, but plenty of restaurants and shops were a short drive away. The host was great and the communication was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home

Amazing Stay

The hosts of Obana made it exactly that! We were extremely happy with our stay. We stay in the area once a year and this was by far the best property we have stayed at. Communication was excellent and the home was lovely. We loved walking to the beach everyday which was only less than a 2 minute walk to the access. The views of the sound at night were lovely and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you for being amazing hosts and letting us use your home for new memories we will cherish forever!

Great property

This establishment was awesome, the location to beach was a 5 min walk away to the access bridge. The house was extremely well maintained. The host were very accommodating and were helpful. I would stay here again. Thanks Steve and Marsi for opening your place for us to use.

Weekend Getaway

My girls and I were looking for a place foe a girls weekend and found this wonderful house for rent. Our husbands ended up coming with us and we all had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and it was only a short walk to the beach. Absolutely loved it !!

Family get away

Thank you, Steve and Marsi, for a wonderful vacation in your beach home. Our family has rented a beach home every summer for many years. This was the best yet! It was super clean when we arrived and even had some necessities that most homes don’t provide (hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), so we didn’t need to run out asap to purchase them. We all thoroughly enjoyed everything, from the fantastic communication, your generous hospitality, and the well appointed (and extremely comfortable) accommodations. The outside balconies and grill were loved by all, the gates were certainly appreciated with a toddler, and the proximity of the beach couldn’t have been any better! We hope to return again soon.

Much Aloha for Ohana

Beautiful home, extremely clean, and very close to the beach! The owners are wonderful, very kind and responsive. Our family especially loved all of the decks and gorgeous views from every single room as well as the 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We felt like we were staying in a real home versus a vacation rental. Every amenity was available and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this home for your next vacation stay!!

Perfect

What a great house! Check in was very easy and all information needed to check in, operate the TV and locate things was very well communicated to us. The house was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities as well as spices and other cooking items along with a nice welcome gift of some local coffee. We had 5 adults and a 10-year old in our group and we were very comfortable in all aspects. One thing I loved was that every deck had great seating so that you could enjoy the views of the sound or the ocean. The location is great only about a 2 minute walk to the beach access. We have stayed at NTB for over 20 years and this is probably one of our favorite locations. The steps inside are a great workout but we knew that ahead of time. We absolutely would rent again. The owners were great to check in periodically and very helpful when we had questions. It was perfect!

You feel you are in a private home, though it is a duplex. VERY quiet and views from every deck and window. We love coffee on the front deck with the ocean in the morning and wine on the back deck overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway in the evening. Watching the birds, kayaks and boats is beyond peaceful.

This home is lovingly maintained, non smoking and pet free so no allergy problems. We keep it upgraded and updated from year to year and the love we put into it shows!
