Welcome to your dream beach retreat, just 4 blocks from the ocean! This luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home, nestled in a peaceful beach neighborhood, is your gateway to an unforgettable coastal vacation.

Enjoy a spacious, open layout with inviting living rooms on both levels, a beautifully designed kitchen, and a private fenced backyard, perfect for creating cherished memories, whether for a short escape or an extended stay. This stunning home is beautifully decorated by a professional designer, blending comfort and elegance.

PET FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Fantastic!

Property had everything you could need! Gorgeously decorated, so much space! Tge outdoor space was wonderful. If we're back in the area, would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Absolutely incredible stay! This home exceeded all expectations. The amenities were truly next-level — the pool and putting green were off the charts! The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully organized, with every detail in place to make our stay perfect. The secluded backyard offered the perfect peaceful escape, and there was so much to do without ever leaving the house. From fun nights in with activities for the kids to having everything you could need for a beach day, this home had it all. Clean, well-maintained, and packed with comfort and entertainment — we will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The pool, put put, and game room were awesome. The pool is so beautiful at night, just the right height for swiming without diving. The game room was perfect for those spotty Florida storms that pop up. It would be a great house for family vacation, girls trip, or any gathering of friends. We had a group of 3 teens, 3 kids under 10, 2 seniors and 2 adults. We all had a great time and there was plenty of space. We did have to use an air mattress for the youngest but he did not mind.

Why didn’t I book a longer stay?

I had a fabulous five day stay at Beachwalk in early April. What a wonderful property. This property has everything you need… a lap pool, putting green, Game room, and the most comfortable beds ever! The place is so stocked and even had lots of beach chairs for our beach days. I had a wonderful time visiting with college friends and plan to return. This location tops my places rating revisit. Thank you for everything!

The house was beautiful. Very spacious. Loved that everyone had their own area and bathroom. Very pet friendly! The game room, putt-putt area, and pool were so much fun! Great location! Close to great restaurants, St. Augustine, and friendly neighbors! We would definitely stay here again!

Best Beach Weekend!

Hello, we had a wonderful weekend.....3 couples were celebrating...2 birthdays. There was plenty of room for all of us. The outside and entertainment space is amazing and there was plenty to do and a short walk to the beach. The property management was amazing. Very accommodating and excellent communication. The house is very tastefully decorated and well stocked in the Kitchen for all of your needs. Would definitely book this location again.

Such a fun, beautiful home.

With three boys we need all the activities we can get. This house was perfect for them! They never got bored. From the pool to the putt-putt green, they had a ball!! This house was clean and nicely decorated. Definitely would recommend.

Great spot for a group of lifelong friends during Players week

The house & property were exactly as they appear in the photos. Extremely clean, updated, spacious, and well appointed. The pool was perfect for lounging and the garage was a great place to hang out to escape the rain. Location being a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 min walk to bars/restaurants downtown couldn’t have been better. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Home!!

This home is just perfect! The pool is amazing, especially at night! TVs in every room, plenty of cookware & spices. Nothing negative to say! Very close to beach, you do have to cross a very busy road (A1A) to get to the beach. So just be ready to run across when you get the chance or there is a crosswalk about 2 blocks up to cross over.

Awesome House

We rented this house for myself, husband, son, daughter-in-law, grand daughter, daughter and her friend for the Blue Angels air/sea show. The house was amazing! Layout couldn't have been better, kitchen was well stocked. Very clean! The game room was a hit with all. The pool is beautiful. Watched football in the pool from the tiki hut. Plenty of parking. Can't say enough good things. Communication with the owners/rental agency was easy and they were prompt and efficient. Highly recommend.
