Tastefully updated kitchen features additional seating at the bar overlooking the family room. Centrally located, this home is located only 2.7 miles from the Yarmouth beaches along Nantucket Sound. Stone backyard patio and walkways adorned with detailed landscaping and spacious enclosed outdoor shower. Amenities include central air conditioning (additional window a/c in both upstairs bedrooms), washer/dryer, gas grill and WiFi

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located in a quiet residential area that was halfway between Hyannis and Dennis port. There were so many fabulous restaurants nearby as well as recreational opportunities, beaches, and supermarkets. The house itself had immaculate lawns and beautiful hydrangea bushes bordering the house. Inside, the house was comfy and was wonderful for my family to gather, eat and hang out. I really appreciated Martha Murray Vacation Rental helping me when asked.

Amazing House/Martha Murray Vacation Rentals

The house was great! Nice, quiet neighborhood, great fenced in back yard. Everything at the house was as advertised. Property is close to several beaches and much great history; and about 90 minutes from Boston for a whole lot more to do as well! The agency was very easy going and pleasant to work with and had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely use this property specifically and this agency generally again.
