It was too cold to enjoy the pool or lake. However, the condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Decor was beachy with just a touch of Christmas decor. Tis the season. We were visiting family in the area and the condo was within 15 min. of their house.

Overall a comfortable condo for two people with covered car parking in a secure environment. Obviously owned by an older person as internally it was a little cluttered and not that modern. Very well stocked with consumables and everything worked fine. Patio could have done with a clean and there are no views if the water. Bit of road noise.

Relaxed time away

This property had what we needed without paying for excess. Queen bed for the two of us, full bath, complete kitchen and eating area as well as lounging area. Host provided all necessities and some considerate treats. Especially enjoyed the pool right outside of our patio area. Pool area was very clean and well kept, highlight of our stay. We will book again.

Texas Vacation

We had a lovely stay at this property. Sandra was a gracious host. It was so close to to the Space Center which was the reason for our visit.

Houston with chilly temps

The property was very well stocked and equipped for cooking, cleaning and laundry. Sandra was quickly responsive on one small physical issue and also allowed us to use her for receiving an important piece of mail. The unseasonably cold weather meant that we did not use the pool. Sandra’s paintings made for pleasant decorations. Access to downtown Houston was straightforward and only took around 30 minutes.

Great location, clean and very nice place, well equipped.

Very well equipped nice place in great location just up the street from NASA and close to the bay. Street noise in bedroom was a little much, but the host had it set up very well and very clean. Was my 12 year old son and I for baseball tournament in Dec, so wasn’t able to use the pool area. Would definitely stay again.

A welcoming home away from home

Sandra's place is very comfortable and cosy, full of personal touches and interesting decor. We were very well provided for with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The location was convenient for what we wanted to do. Everything was clean and worked properly. Sandra was a great host who communicated everything to us vey clearly, and she gave us a nice personal welcome. We felt very much at home here, and really enjoyed it.

Perfect place to stay

The condo is clean and stylishly decorated. Sandra is an amazing host, very kind and provides snacks and all item needed in kitchen and bathroom. So close to NASA and the water! Just lovely!

Weekend Getaway

We were very pleased with our stay. Very comfortable, felt like home. Clean, had everything that we needed and beautifully decorated. I grew up in the area so I appreciated the coastal decor! Bonus, it's right next to the pool. We definitely will stay again during the summer. Loved it!

Very comfortable, pleasantly decorated and stocked. Exactly what we needed for our 7-day visit to see my aging dad. Across the street from a grocery store and within walking distance of casual dining. Owner was gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend

Perfection for our little vaca
