Two night minimum Sunday-Thursday
Beautiful condo located within a mile walk from downtown. Complete with main bedroom suite that has a queen bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed as well as a great kitchen space. It allows you to either cook at home or enjoy the amazing local food scene. This spacious condo can accommodate up to 4 guests!
Bryant Park and West Bay are located right across the street and guests can easily bike or walk the half-mile into town.
The space:
The condo is located within a short walk from Downtown Traverse City. It is just shy of 1,000 sqft, offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, for up to four guests. This unit is on the second floor of the condo complex. Stairs are required to enter the unit, no elevator provided!
Guest access:
Guests enter via the shared ally parking lot on the south side of the building and have access to the central stair and hallways.
Other things to note:
** The building association and parking lot has a strict, ONE PARKING SPOT PER UNIT. If you park in a spot without your unit listed, you will risk being towed (at renter's expense!) and also not allow others to park in their designated spot. Please make sure you are parked within the lines so others can also park properly.
** There is a strict no noise after 10pm (building-wide regulation), please adhere out of respect for your fellow guests.
Pets no matter the size or type are not allowed.
If you have a service animal/emotional support please reach out with proper paper work prior to booking (due to HOA policies). If not done properly, your booking is liable to be declined. If you choose to bring an animal without proper paperwork and approval from HOA you may be asked to leave the premise without a reimbursement. This process may take up to 7-14 days, please think ahead.
Once again, this condo is located on the second floor with no elevator. Please be respectful of those around you and below you!
Please note the parking lot is on the tighter side, large vehicles may have issues parking.
