- Master bedroom has a top-notch comfy foam mattress with adjustable head and leg automation with Smart TV & Cable
- Laundry/dryer included
- Kitchenette with some basic supplies for cooking (cooking oil, spices, hot sauce, etc)
- Keurig coffee machine (we provide two complimentary coffee pods, sugar, and coffee mate for your first morning to get you started / please bring more if you would like)
- Comfy couch & chairs in main living area with large-screen Smart TV, Cable, & free Netflix
- Balcony with table and chairs for two to enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful river view
- Gym across the street with daily and weekly fees (additional costs will apply)
- Only a 9-minute drive from the airport, which makes for a very reasonably priced uber ride!
- Secure building with parking available in a public lot 1-minute walk away, with one parking spot included at no additional cost to you.
- Additional paid parking available for extra cars.
- This condo is on the second floor.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located and easily walkable. There is a loud bar behind the building that bumped until 2am for those who are noise sensitive. We would absolutely stay again though!

We had an amazing Valentine's Day weekend at the condo. The location was perfect for parking the car and enjoying walking all over Historic Downtown Wilmington. Kelly was a great host, and answered our questions quickly. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay again!

Chose this instead of a nearby hotel and what a good decision! Great location right on Water Street, parking included and super easy. Got a little loud on Friday night but Saturday was much quieter, not sure why. The view is terrific and the unit was well-appointed, clean, and attractive. A great value.

Very convenient to food, bars and shopping. Nice view of river. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Air-conditioning and heating is a little loud, but we are an older couple light sleepers. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Loved the location, convenience to everything needed. Condo was clean and just as pictured. The only negative if I was looking for one, is the return in bedroom is very loud. Would still come back and can't wait till our next stay!

Great location on Wilmingtons waterfront
