Tastefully decorated, this lovely 42m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 1st Floor, accessible by elevator.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambiance and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens it, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom is pleasant, with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
